It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know this next one is an epic track, even if you haven’t listened to it yet. After all, it brings together the talented expertise of Seattle dubstep/electro prodigy Seven Lions, Austin luminaries Tritonal, and NYC dubstep/electro connoisseurs Kill The Noise, AND it features breathtaking vocals by LA chanteuse HALIENE, too! We find ourselves racing our way towards a beautiful “horizon” on the plumed wings of this majestic and grand opus. Mellifluous yet heavy, smooth rolling yet resolute, this four way collaboration fuses electro house, dubstep, pop, future bass, and even drum & bass to give us a cornucopia of scintillating feels. Horizon can also be streamed and purchased, here.

Justice’s We Are Your Friends is a French house classic that’s more than survived the test of time since it first dropped in 2002. It takes some guts to take on such a song for a remix, but production brothers TWO LANES more than prove their mettle once again as they give us an exhilarating update by turning the track into a rambunctious whirring, bass romping spectacular. Seismic thrusts, percolating jabs, and vigorous surges leave us gasping for air on the blowout trap and future bass edit. Download TWO LANES’ remix, here.

The virtues of being a VIRTU fan are endless. That much has been more than apparent after his stunning performances on both remixes and originals. And now, the Los Angeles based electronic artist has taken on Imad Royal and Mark Johns’ sensational rendition of Nirvana’s Heart-Shaped Box for his latest track. VIRTU’s remix starts out slow and deliberate, building ever so intensely towards its mind melting drop. Dubstep and electro house interweave on the glorious edit. Shuddering bass and laser-cut synths leave us trembling in bliss. Why can’t there be more rock and electronica crossovers like this magnificent electro grunge track? Download/stream the track, here.

Windy City electronic marvels Autograf recently released a new four-track remix pack for their latest single Dead Soon the other day, and we immediately hopped on the listening train since we’re absolutely enamored with the dark romanticism of the epic future bass song, which also features Bonsai Mammal and Lils. Aside from superb edits by Scorsi, Golf Clap, and a chill mix by Autograf themselves, the release also features this remix by Chicago brothers Birthdayy Partyy. It’s a party in our ears as the duo turn Dead Soon into a very lively bass house smasher with rumbling bass and metallurgic snarling synths. You can download the track, here. The opening bars of Call To Arms are so retro nostalgic and synthwave epic that it nearly feels like we’re stepping into a slow building scene from Blade Runner or Tron, but before we know it, we’re dazed and reeling from a gritty crescendo of rave-y synths and deep rumbling bass. Then a brain melting drop hits, and we find ourselves barreling through uncharted territory as UK dubstep/electro house legend Flux Pavilion and Vegas electronic alchemist Meaux Green serve up a wicked space-time defying anthem. Call To Arms is action-packed, to say the very least. Its vehement trap and metallurgic dubstep detonate explosively, creating earth shaking tremors on a tectonic level. The heroic adventure of a track can be streamed/downloaded, here.

Strap yourself in for a cosmic ride, because we’re about to dive into new k?d, the young wunderkind who’s taken us clear across the universe with his epic tracks in the past. New single Zero One fires on all pistons, quite literally, too. It’s a pneumatic rocket ship of a hard hitting, bass pounding vehicle, whose G-force acceleration will leave your pulse racing and your hands sweaty from the sheer exhilaration and seismic intensity of the spine-tingling expedition. Stream/download k?d’s heart-stopping bass house track, here.

The fact that legendary electrogaze and industrial electronica crew The Glitch Mob tapped Elohim for their latest track I Could Be Anything is nothing short of an affirmation of the Los Angeles electro-pop artist and producer’s talent. And together, they did wonders on the spectacular song, a conjoining of the classically exalted with the voice of the future. And now, I Could Be Anything has received an official remix treatment from another “voice” of the future, or much venerated and beloved producer REZZ. She’s given I Could Be Anything an acidic warbling dubstep edit. The ravey remix is invigorating and rousing, visceral and electrifying. REZZ takes us on a dark journey into the nebulae of our minds. To add to the intensity of this odyssey, watch the mesmerizing music video for REZZ’s remix below. Download/stream the track, here.

Sometimes, you dive into an electronic track and come out feeling like you’re still craving for something harder, better, more satisfying. Then, there’s this song, Satisfied, which comes from a mysterious new production project named KLOUD. KLOUD has only been around for a month, based on their soundcloud releases. But it’s obvious they’re here to stay, with thrashing beats and rumbling bass in hand. Satisfied channels classic Nero and Flux Pavilion through its melodic vocals and vehemently animated production, but updated with a trappy jouncing 2018 vigor. It’s available now via major platforms, here.

It’s been a few short weeks since HIGHSOCIETY dropped his original Fireproof, featuring Matty McDonald, but I think we’re still on fire from its tour de force trap and future bass. Re-visit our feature of the track, here. Adding fuel to the fire is the ascending electronic maven’s official remix of Paces’ Savage 2.0, featuring Nessyl & NYNE. He’s given the Australian producer’s already banging future bass thriller a thunderous whomping dubstep rework whose capricious fortitude and metallurgic edge evoke our favorite Skrillex tracks of yore. The brain jogging, body slamming thrillride of a remix is out on etcetc music. Stream/download, here.

The Less I Know The Better is easily one of Tame Impala’s most recognized and widely loved psych rock songs. But have you ever wondered how it would sound in the dexterous hands of a visionary electronic producer? Germany’s SAINT WKND proves how truly spectacular such a feat could be with his spacey buzzing, rich whirring flip. His remix stays true to the original’s spiraling groove, yet adds a whole lot of electrifying thrills to the fuzzy fabric of the track. I just want to roll in its bass roiling texture and melt into its hallucinogenic structure.
