I think we can all agree that Deadmau5′s Raise Your Weapon is a dance classic off of Zimmerman’s influential 2011 album 4×4=12. Those of us that have heard it live probably have that memory etched deeply into, not just our minds, but our hearts, too. There may not be a more cathartic electronic music experience than a whole arena, stadium, or field of like-minded people singing along to this galvanizing anthem. Salt Lake City production artist Fransis Derelle and Detroit electronic talent SWRVN have chosen to take on the timeless hit on their collaborative remix, which is no small feat to attempt. But they’ve done so masterfully, building on the exultant emotion and heart bursting beauty of the original to give us this atmospheric and explosive future bass remix. It’s a breathtaking and exhilarating new modern update, and it’s a free download, here.

The fastest way to make me “lose control” is a ferocious beast of a high voltage dance thriller like this one, from Dutch producer Samuel Xantos. Once those high lunging, heavy jouncing beats and that exultant melody hits my ears, I can’t help but get up and throw myself all across the room to Lost. The electrifying anthem, a fierce incendiary banger from start to finish, is out on Launch Records. Prepare to dance your way through the holidays to the future house and progressive house behemoth, which can be purchased, here. For more of Samuel Xantos’ vigorous and spry electronica, take Walls for a spin below and let it fill your night with a whole lot of wonder and joy.

Ever since we heard Brothel.’s collaboration with Sidewalks and Skeletons, Desolate, we’ve been hooked on the Colorado producer’s dark brooding, dramatic and atmospheric electronica. The master sound designer presents us with a whole lot of wavy droning synths and guttural rumbling bass on BLENDLINE alongside Australia’s VOWL. Imagine k?d and Porter, gone extra cinematic and ominously opaque, and you’d get a bit of a taste of what the pairing has to offer on this widescreen sprawling alt inflected electro bass spectacular, a total re-work of alt/emo band nothing, nowhere’s ‘clarity in keroscene’. Download the track, here.

Smooth opulent electronic vibes abound on Want You, Rynx’s debut single, which comes on the heels of the producer’s official remix for THEY. that topped 20 million streams. The enigmatic newcomer offers up dulcet future pop and a vibrant springing, robust pumping blend of melodic house and future bass on the instantly infectious dance track, which features NYC singer songwriter Miranda Glory on honeyed vocals. Want You is a fine fit for this fan of producers like Hotel Garuda, Gryffin, and Manila Killa. Rynx’s debut is a free download, here.

There seems to an exciting spurt of Brazilian producers capturing our attention and enslaving our hearts with their electronic music these days. Marcioz, who’s a member of bitbird’s esteemed roster of talent, teaches us “How To Fall In Love With A Machine” on his new single, featuring London based singer songwriter and producer Slow Shudder on ethereal vocals. We fall in love, not with a machine, but with this gorgeous song, a shadowy glimmering electronic aria imbued with coruscant pop. Marcioz explains: “At the time I had just broken up with my girlfriend and it completely fit the narrative that I have about people. People come and go, but my computer always stays. So I think that’s how you get love to stay– just fall in love with a machine.“ Stream/download the eloquent and evocative electronic track, here.

ZHU, Skrillex, and THEY. were a jaw dropping triumvirate when the three acts united on mega-hit Working For It two years ago. Even today, I still can’t get enough of that massive tune, which you can re-visit via YouTube, here. A mysterious brother duo named TWO LANES has served up a brilliant re-imagination of the track. It’s a robust whirring future bass and melodic bass edit.  The electronic project plans on releasing their very first single, Long Way Home, on January 26th. This gripping remix of Working For It certainly leaves us salivating for more from the pair, and we can’t wait to hear their single.

We were utterly stoked when Diplo and MØ reunited last month on Get It Right, lifted from the soundtrack for Diplo’s documentary Give Me Future. The bluesy sprawling electronic track has since spawned some fabulous remixes, including this aerated trap cover edit by Italian producer BLENDER. We’re engulfed into a vast and wondrous, vivacious and playful soundscape by BLENDER’s resounding chords and staccato beats on this invigorating edit, on which he even lays down fresh captivating vocals. BLENDER more than “gets it right” with this bright and airy future trap remix, which is a free download, here.

Infinity’s slick stuttering, sensual swelling future bass entices us into the breathtaking world of LAVID, a producer who hails from Germany. Moli turns in smoldering R&B soul vocals on the glitzy lavish aria, steeped in endless shiver inducing vibes. Though LAVID is a new name to hit our site, it’s immediately apparent that this is an artist we want to keep a close watch on as we carry into the new year. A touch of Kaytranada and some SBTRKT slithers through its polished production, while mysterious chanteuse Moli gives us a striking performance reminiscent of Nao and AlunaGeorge.

Pep.B, or Joseph Busa, is a fresh new Australian electronic producer on our radar, even though it looks like he’s been dropping many lit electronic tracks for the past few years. He grabs a hold of our ears and leaves us gasping for air with a killer re-work of TLC classic, No Scrubs. Ritzy chic house meets luscious future bass and spine tingling trap on the resplendent remix. Pep.B breathes new life into this blast from the past anthem, which is a free download, here. For another dose of Pep.B’s creative genius, check out his gritty jarring trap and bass original with Brandon Jonak, Purp, below.
