Oh boy, this is dope. TEEN’s psych pop track Electric is a heckuva tune and the awesome video is hypnotizingly good. Electric is off their debut album In Limbo, currently out. The relatively new girl band hails from Brooklyn (yes, again). There’s a very vintage retro sound to their music, as well as the requisite twisted, dark undertones that good music always has these days (<–tongue in cheek). In fact, the electric guitar-y sound brought to mind St. Vincent at one point near the end of the song. While these gals have elements in their music that remind me of many other artists, they’re certainly very unique and have a very ecclectic sound of their own. Watch out for them!
