Yellow Claw unites with DOLF for a more laid back and mellifluous, halcyon and mellow chillstep foray on stringy lush, dreamy sparkling Vertigo, which features silvery enchanting vocals by Caroline Pennell. The sensations caused by vertigo are normally unwelcome and nauseating, but this Vertigo with its prancing beats pieces together chill melodic house and future bass for a soothing yet vivacious experience. The song is out now via all major retailers.

I know I’m a bit late on this one, and I have no idea how in the world I managed to skip over sharing this massive collaboration up till today, but here we are, ready to celebrate how fabulous a day it’s going to be with the banger (and it’s only going to get better when my Warriors beat the Jazz once again in the playoffs tonight). Yellow Claw’s Good Day, which received its first spin on BBC Radio 1 earlier this week, sees the Dutch duo linking up with DJ Snake and one of our spunky Swedish faves, Elliphant, for a punchy vibrant, frisky lurching ride. Good Day’s elastic bounces are contagious, and Elliphant’s fiery voice is invigorating. “It was a good day, oh what a good day, but it is long gone now,” she sings. Oh, how I disagree. Yellow Claw, DJ Snake, and Elliphant brings us a mighty good day, here and now. The track comes from Yellow Claw’s Billboard charting sophomore album Los Amsterdam, out now on iTunes via Mad Decent.

Old Days isn’t the first time we’ve been treated to the glorious teamwork that arises when Yellow Claw and San Holo partner up. After all, the two Dutch production acts gave us a vicious thrilling number named Alright at the beginning of the year. Let’s hope Old Days isn’t the last time they unite, too. This electronic masterpiece is absolutely magnificent, a sensationally lifting, thoroughly exhilarating number that journeys between contrasting soundscapes. One moment, Old Days is gliding through melodic bouncing, beautifully tranquil meadows. The next, it’s diving off precipitous cliffs, landing in a sludge of heaving trap and whomping bass. Old Days is the opening track off of Yellow Claw’s label compilation The Barong Family Album, which saw a long list of gifted producers writing and creating 15 new tracks over the course of seven days during a retreat in the north of France. The album is a free download, here, and there’s a documentary about the making of the compilation, here.

It’s a collaboration of epic proportions on this new track released on venerated electronic label OWSLA. Alright comes our way courtesy of both Yellow Claw and San Holo. The Dutch production acts crafted an astonishing opus of a bass prolific experience on Alright. Vicious future bass surges and darts alongside vehemently dramatic trap. Alright’s intricate drum patterns and woozy synths forge a grandly hypnotic journey through breathtaking canyons and high above thrilling panoramas. Alright will be out on January 29th on OWSLA’s World Wide Broadcast compilation.

I’m always excited to encounter new Yellow Claw, because the Dutch electronic trio always thrills me with their exhilarating blend of electro, progressive, and filthy trap. On new single Run Away, they opt for a slicker and far more restrained sound. It’s a surprise to many, but it’s also an unexpected treat that lures you in with a ruminative, dark atmosphere. The future pop and indie electronica styled Run Away carries a hypnotizing effect as well as a rough, intense sewn edge. Yellow Claw released a music video to go along with the single reveal. Run Away is certainly an intriguing first track of the year from Yellow Claw, who are working on a much anticipated debut album, Blood For Mercy.

When it comes to hip hop and electronic fusions, Dutch electronic trio Yellow Claw know how to do it well. Their latest massive trap banger is Till It Hurts, which features guest vocals by Ayde. It’s a rip roaring high energy rager, building up from the get go with a progressive styled progression before the big drop and filthy trap starts ‘a bumping. The melodic vocals and vivacious, uplifting production is quite the irresistible EDM combo. The track will be available on iTunes on November 24.

Alright, time for a new remix by New York trap producer Flaxo. Stream his version of trappy, grimy electro house track Shotgun by Dutch electronic trio Yellow Claw, which features Rochelle on vocals. It has more than its fair share of grit and filthiness, mixed in with cathartic drops and melodic build ups. Electro house and trap? Sure, I don’t mind! Listen to the euphoria inducing, sick original below, which has been quite a high energy hit since its release on the interwebs.
