It should be pretty clear by now that we just can’t resist sharing every new XYLØ song that crops up despite the growing success the dusky electropop siblings have already achieved over the past couple of years. They won our hearts when America surfaced in early 2015, and they’ve held it firmly since. What We’re Looking For is another captivating pop ballad from the pair. It’s a bittersweet gem with dark surging electronic production that wades into future pop territory with its flickering synths and dramatic chops. You can watch the pair’s music video for the song below. Grab the single from iTunes, here.

Sibling duo XYLØ has been an absolute favorite of ours for a long time, always enchanting us with their dusky electro pop concoctions. Last month, they returned to our eager ears with their most vivaciously upbeat, lively prancing song to date, a single named Alive. The atmosphere of the song goes hand in hand with its lyrics about coming alive, and it’s that exact effulgence and ebullience that New Immunity optimizes on with their dulcet lifting remix of the song. The Virginia based production duo saturates the song with warm soothing guitars and exhilarating beats. The beautiful experience they’ve crafted is reminiscent of Gryffin’s winged compositions. We fly, higher than high, on New Immunity’s remix of Alive. The track is a free download, here.

I haven’t been able to resist a single XYLØ song since the brother sister duo from LA blew me away with darkly spellbinding debut America. They have the distinct ability to capture melancholic and spunky, sweet and spicy, dark and lifting, all at once with their electronic pop. New song Alive certainly leans towards the more vivacious and upbeat. It’s a dance ready, future pop styled prancer with saccharine vocals. Alive has all the makings of a summer anthem, and it’s already blowing up after one weekend. For the latest info on the duo, including upcoming tour dates, visit their website, here. Alive can be purchased from iTunes, here.

Dusky electronic pop sibling duo XYLØ seems to be lending themselves well to the remix scene, particularly when it comes to their recent single I Still Wait For You. German electronic duo Mushroom People, aside from expressing their love for fungi in their name, also showcase their production skills on a snazzy funk and disco re-work of said tune. It’s like a POWERS meets The Knocks rendition of XYLØ that we find ourselves shimmying away to today, thanks to Mushroom People’s frisky take on I Still Wait For You.

I Still Wait For You is the latest gem from Los Angeles sibling duo XYLØ, who never fail to move with their dusky haunting electro pop. It’s a cross Atlantic alliance as Sweden’s Felix Palmqvist and Missouri’s Nolan van Lith offer up their gorgeous interpretation of I Still Wait For You by transforming it into a crisp propulsive, elastic pulsing dance track. The remix, a burst of zippy vigor and melodic splendor, is a free download, here.

I’ve come to learn that it’s impossible to ever resist the magnetic allure of a XYLØ song. The brother sister duo from Los Angeles cast a dark electronic pop spell on me back in late 2014 with an early preview of America, and that strong hold has never weakened. They return more dusky haunting than ever on gorgeous new single I Still Wait For You. This breathtaking ode to heartbreak and regret is both sublimely stirring and poignantly devastating. Its moments of grandly swelling future trap production counterbalances the soft wistfulness of the song, creating a more than comprehensive emotional journey. I Still Wait For You will be out on iTunes come tomorrow, March 10th.

I love XYLØ so much that I gleefully wrote about the Los Angeles based electronic pop pair exactly a year ago for an official SXSW guide, so you could say I’m always game for a fine remix of one of their tunes, much less one by Sydney production whiz Joe Mason. The prolific talent responsible for so many other amazing remixes this past year gives Get Closer a smooth but intense, polished yet lavish future makeover. “You want to live just like kings and queens, then,” sings XYLØ on their song. Joe Mason’s future bass remix is exactly the regal thrilling interpretation of their dusky haunting gem that’s fit for royalty. Grab the remix, here.

I look across the bay and turn my eager ears towards Berkeley as rising East Bay production talent Ben Maxwell gives us his electrifying take on the latest single from fine dusky electropop purveyors XYLØ. This crisp snappy, rubbery buoyant rendition of Get Closer is a fresh angle on the tune. Ben Maxwell highlights and dilates the hip hop and R&B influences found within the original. His cool, polished future trap remix is a free download, here.

Fresh off Setting Fires, their collaboration with chart dominating hit makers The Chainsmokers, comes a new twilight entrancing electronic pop song from Los Angeles sibling duo and long time IHM favorite XYLØ. Get Closer is a synth resplendent, deep resounding wave of atmospheric pop featuring breathy captivating vocals, bold thumping beats, and resounding bass. The fast rising duo introduce their ravishing new tune via a neon laced, shadowy coated visual accompaniment. The track is available now on iTunes via Disruptor Records / Sony Music.

It’s only been a few days since The Chainsmokers’ crisp enchanting future beats collaboration with IHM fave XYLØ has dropped, but a stream of Setting Fires remixes are already materializing across the interwebs. One such remix rises to the top with its melodic jouncing, elastic springing future trap. Rising producer it’s different, whom we previously encountered from his collaboration with his buddy Shoolz, is making an indelible imprint with his gorgeous edit. The drafty bouncing, sleek magnificent remix is a free remix, here.
