Los Angeles alt pop trio The Federal Empire has quickly risen to be one of the most exciting emerging indie bands of the moment. They just released a stellar debut EP today named The American Dream, and though I’m itching to wax poetic over that gem of a record, you’ll have to wait till later this weekend to hear me babble about it. For now, we’re diving into their collaboration with celebrated Dutch producer Martin Garrix, Hold On & Believe. The song is a heartfelt dance anthem, one which The Federal Empire themselves told me they feel is an important song for everyone struggling. It’s indeed a lifting and inspiring song, one with grand builds and majestic progressions. A proverbial sun rises in my mind and bathes everything with golden optimism as my spirit rises to Martin Garrix’s feel good progressive house. The Federal Empires’ earthy endearing vocals emit a warm glow as they accompany us like old friends through this magnanimous journey. Hold On & Believe is out now on iTunes.

Gryffin’s Josef Salvat collaboration, Heading Home, is still hotly buzzing and oft mentioned on my social feeds despite the fact that it’s been out for some time now, but the production whiz has a brand new treat for us to obsess over. This time around, the producer has partnered up with UK artist Bipolar Sunshine on a beautifully uplifting, warm fuzzy feels filled anthem named Whole Heart. This isn’t the first time we’ve heard the two’s sounds co-mingle. After all, Gryffin presented us with a stellar remix of Bipolar Sunshine’s Daydreamer last year. Their new original together is rhapsodic stirring and smooth mellifluous anthem for the end of summer. Snag the song from iTunes.

Last night, I promised you a morning dance party, and that’s exactly what we’re going to have as a Philly based producer named Rolstone takes us to great heights of joy with an uplifting dance remix of Alessia Cara’s Wild Things. Rolstone gives us a summer radiant edit of the infectious urban pop tune. His airy buoyant Wild Things is island breezy and tropical chill, like a mix of springy melodic Gryffin with some SNBRN sunset house. Rolstone leaves this wild thing beaming in euphoria with his vibrant dazzling remix. Grab the Wild Things remix, here.

There’s no way you can prepare yourself for the absolute beauty that is Hellberg’s new song, Synchronize, featuring some phenomenal vocals by New York’s Aaron Richards. Its glacial magnificence is complimented by its awe inspiring music video, whose passionate choreography is a fitting, or synchronized, expression of the Swedish producer’s emotionally charged progressive house ballad. Synchronize leaves me on the verge of shedding a tear, all the while filling me with an urge to grab hold of some loved ones and raise our arms towards the sky in fervently united euphoria. Synchronize is out now on Monstercat, and it’s available for purchase on iTunes.

Wondrously weightless song by Elephante that captures how beautiful the ‘Age of Innocence’ is. Elephante declares this as the most important song to him that he’s made so far and I can’t help but hope this inspires others to look at things from their inner-child’s eye. As he describes in a soundcloud post we’ve been conditioned to look at a forest and think about all of the creepy crawly creatures in there instead of being engulfed by the endless possibilities, the endless adventures. Let’s take it back to the Age of Innocence.

Let’s make the rest of your day, or what’s left of your night, intensely majestic and magnificent. Turn the volume up, and get ready to rocket straight into the sky with a burst of uplifting progressive energy from this remix of Thomas Hayes & Joni Fatora’s Neon by American producer SHANAHAN. Exhilarating and exquisitely stirring, SHANAHAN’s Neon is one that will leave only the strongest of optimism and hope pumping through your veins. The remix, along with a number of other ace remixes, are available now on Beatport.
