Spry, playful glitch pop abounds in the paradise that is lush and verdant Undone, the latest from Welsh artist Greta Isaac. It’s the singer songwriter’s first single of the year, one that’s delightfully propelled by throbbing beats and whimsical thrumming strings. The innovative artist has crafted a superb slice of glitchy electronic pop, a succulent sonic Eden teaming with aural fauna and flora. She explains that Undone is an ode to our ego and the embodiment of narcissism and possessiveness when it comes to love and relationships. The rising musician has already gained attention from the likes of BBC Radio 1′s Huw Stephens as well as countless other respected outlets. This quirky fluttering new gem will only add fuel to her growing buzz. Stream more of Greta Isaac’s music on Soundcloud, here.

I nearly forgot to breath when I first stumbled upon news of this collaboration some time yesterday. I dropped everything I was doing and thrusted myself head first into digging up the track on Soundcloud. Undone sees a partnering up between Dutch producer Dannic and one of the most exciting, if not the most enigmatic, future pop artists to grace our ears this year, Jane XØ. Together, they lift us to epic heights of future trap meets progressive house pleasure with this cinematic track. We’re serenaded in graceful lilting valleys then tossed in a turbulent ocean of elastic beats and frenetic chops. It’s a full on sensory assault, and it’s spectacular. Undone is a free download if you head to Soundcloud.

OYLS is a new synthpop duo based in Los Angeles, but even more cool is the fact that one half of OYLS once went to UC Berkeley. Go Bears! Guess who else went to Cal? Giraffage! But I digress. This fresh new act came together to make catchy, funky electronic music, a bit reminiscent of Chromeo or Capital Cities. Undone is one of their few offerings, an undeniably sultry and addictive dance jam.

I’ve been waiting impatiently for this to go live for like, nearly two weeks, and today, I finally get to share it with you. I’ve been extolling Brighton (UK) five piece Phoria endlessly lately, and for good reason. Not only have I been utterly enthralled by prior tunes Emanate and Red, but I’ve also fallen in love with this amazing new track Undone, the second single off their forthcoming Display EP, out June 16 on X Novo. Phoria’s brand of ambient electronic and ethereal pop music is hauntingly mellifluous, yet there’s also a spellbinding earnestness to it, brimming with uncontrived purity. Their songs sweep me away with emotional ebbs and tides, cathartic swells, and soul touching beauty. Suffice to say, I’m greatly looking forward to the EP.
