It’s back to the diverse music wonderland of Nashville we go as sibling duo Truitt steals our hearts away with a dreamy new electro and future pop single named Tokyo. Brett and Brigetta enlisted the production prowess of Light House on the synth shimmering, glossy flickering dalliance. Truitt shares of their song: “‘Tokyo’ is a representation of an exotic and vibrant experience you could share with someone, but being overwhelmed with logistics. We had a few different versions of the track, but when we heard Light House’s interpretation of it, the song came to life and gave us that euphoric feeling we wanted people to feel when we wrote the lyrics.” Tokyo’s youthful euphoria and wide eyed wonder is certainly contagious. I can only imagine how splendid it would be to listen to the song while walking the brightly lit streets of Shinjuku late into the night. Stream or purchase Truitt’s enthralling new single, here.

Nashville sibling duo Truitt continues to blur the line between electronic pop and dance music on Fallback, a resplendent tapestry of future fluxing production and scintillating balladry. It’s obvious Truitt is an emerging act we need to keep a close watch, or rather, ear on. Each subsequent song revealed only seems to raise the bar higher. Truitt explains that Fallback is for anyone who’s ever been someone’s backup plan. This tormented yet commonly experienced situation serves as powerful fodder for a fiery passionate song. There’s no denying the surging infectiousness of this next one, a new tune from Nashville based pop duo Truitt. The sibling duo who grew up in Florida have been building a fan base on social media for four years, but with Touch, they make it official and prove they’re a pop band with something to say as well as the talent to “say” it well. Touch walks a fine line between electronic pop and dance, its energetic friskiness and warm melodic allure making it an endearing earworm that moves both heart and body. Truitt’s new music is a collaboration with Floridian producer Jon Santana. Touch is available now on iTunes.
