I happen to love fries, and I love disco too, but that’s not why I love Disco Fries. The NY dance duo have never failed to lift my spirits and move my feet with their concoctions, whether in collaboration with other IHM supported acts or by themselves. New single Reckless is a crisp shimmering, melodic soaring summer anthem that only adds more euphoric firepower to the pair’s ever growing repertoire. It features Jared Lee on vocals, and its unique construction combines orchestral strings with a smooth tropical radiance and future tinged, sharp jouncing house. Disco Fries heats up our summer day yet cools us down, all at once. Good doesn’t cut it when it comes to how Reckless makes us feel. Stream/download the single, here.

With a Balearic crisp glow and much smooth rhapsodic charm comes Luca Schreiner, a producer from Germany. His new single, Time Is Up, arrives on Ultra Music to enrapture is with its slick atmospheric tropical house. This high flying anthem is lifting and contagious, a melodic eruption of bliss that features Mick Fouse on glossy sleek vocals. Snag the larger than life anthem from various outlets, here.

New Zealand darlings BROODS collaborated with dark pop goddess Lorde on Heartlines, one of my favorite tracks off their magnificent sophomore album Conscious from earlier this year. In the second Cheat Codes related post of the day, we gleefully share with you the Los Angeles electronic project’s incandescent remix of that song. They’ve given Heartlines the signature Cheat Codes treatment. Heartlines sparkles and springs from within a dazzling sea of balmy waving tropical house. Cheat Codes’ exultant, ebullient remix is available from all major outlets, here.

Queen Elizabeth is certainly not royalty I normally associate with tropical dance music, but LA’s Cheat Codes has managed to transform our normal perception of the monarch with a breezy new gem. This trio’s down to earth and rosy romantic Queen Elizabeth emits rays of dazzling sunshine as it fuses tropical house with sparkling pop and a touch of reggae infused dancehall. I suddenly want to throw on a pair of heart shaped shades and a swim suit so I could find a perfect beach to dance my heart out on. Perhaps I can find my own “king” to join me in paradise.

Though I’m still here sitting at my desk in my office on a long Tuesday, my evening just took off in a glamorously euphoric manner. Best Night Ever arrives splendidly with vibrant lustrous debut single Fire Me Up, an indie electronic original that ignites like fireworks on a warm tropical night. Not only is the Venice Beach newcomer’s first song a feel good popping jam, but Fire Me Up is also dedicated to uniting people for social change. The proceeds from every stream, play, and download will be donated to mental health charities “The Trevor Project” USA and “Kids Help Phone” in Canada. Fie Me Up will be on Best Night Ever’s forthcoming debut EP.

Dutch electronic duo The Him continue to dish out stellar originals with the reveal of new song Don’t Leave Without Me, featuring fellow Amsterdam based artist Gia Koka on graceful airy vocals. The Him infuse their usual luscious deep house with plentiful sweet future vibes and bounteous tropical warmth. Don’t Leave Without Me is the perfect crisp and refreshing jam for summer, and you won’t want to leave the house without it when you head out to that sunset beach party.

Mysterious newcomer RONNE makes a sparkling, twinkling debut on Don’t Wake Me Up. The serenely gliding beauty melds 80′s trop pop with chill melodic house, like a fruity cocktail made of Cheat Codes and Great Good Fine OK. Don’t Wake Me Up is a crisp glowing gem, its dreaminess warmly enveloping. If the euphoria lifting from the song are but a dream, then yes, please don’t ever wake me up. RONNE states that he’s from somewhere by the water in the US, but that’s as far as he goes in divulging any “secrets” about himself. From Don’t Wake Me Up, I imagine his humble abode to be next to shimmering waves and deep blue waters. Download RONNE’s breathtaking debut, here.

There’s no questioning the fact that one of 2015′s defining songs is the ever present, always popular Fetty Wap hit, Trap Queen. From covers and remixes to parodies and all sorts of pop culture references, whether you’re already tired of the song, still obsessively love it, or never liked it to begin with, it’s a Trap Queen year. Wherever you lie on the spectrum, it’s highly likely you’re going to enjoy this new version of Trap Queen, turned in by Los Angeles electronic duo Two Friends and New York’s INSTRUM. The bi-coastal production collaboration also signed up Florida’s Adriana Gomez to deliver saccharine vocals on a beautifully summery cover of Trap King. It’s tropical euphoria and cool drinks on the beach with this saxophone flowing deep house rendition. Snag the track for free, here.

By way of Frankfurt, Germany comes a new production duo in their twenties who go by the name Palm Trees. They employ sparkling steel drums and deliver candied, melting vocals on debut song Casanova, a euphoric, swooning amalgamation of tropical pop and deep house. If an alternate soundtrack were to be created for Baz Luhrmann’s Venice Beach set Romeo and Juliet, I’d want this track front and center on it. Palm trees would be swaying and birds a dancing as we all lose it to this gorgeously melting debut.

Start your day (or night) off right with a feel good jam that will have you swaying in pure summery bliss. British-German production duo M-22, who exploded onto the electronic scene earlier this year with their enthralling piano house anthem Some Time, offer up a remix of their soothing deep house single Good To Be Loved. This Tropical Sun Mix Edit was created by M-22 themselves, who take on the Tropical Sun pseudonym to give the infectious jam a Balearic twist fitting of an island paradise covered in lush palm trees and surrounded by shimmering waves. It’s smooth sailing on the luminously blithe remix, which has all the makings of a summer anthem. It glides along ardently and twinkles infectiously with an effulgence much similar to past summer hits by the likes of Duke Dumont or Robin Schulz. Hit up M-22′s SoundCloud to listen to the original and the duo’s other enrapturing tracks. Good To Be Loved is available on iTunes.
