Who’s excited for CHVRCHES new album? We only have a few days to go before Love Is Dead hits the shelves, and I can’t wait for my pre-order to arrive in the mail. Let’s celebrate with a stellar remix of the Scottish electropop outfit’s synth towering, kaleidoscopic whirling single Get Out, by none other than soy loving Vancouver electronic whiz tofû! He’s given the track a celestial dose of vibrant energy on his sweeping dance remix. It’s a profoundly lifting experience, a beautifully balanced synthrock and melodic bass edit that will leave us beaming for the rest of the day. The remix is a free download, here.

Los Angeles production artist William Black’s I Wish, which features SKYLR on chiffon vocals, is a dreamy beaut. The halcyon gliding electronic track feels like Stonefox and Ember Island, with a bit more atmospheric body and ethereal energy. For those that like their electronica with some extra oomph and a whole lot of epic feels, don’t miss out on this remix of I Wish by Vancouver’s tofû and Los Angeles’ Yetep. Their future bass edit of I Wish is a celestial delight and undeniably gorgeous. The two unite to give us a cathartic experience, like therapy for the heart and comfort for the soul. The breathtaking remix is a free download, here.

Some people don’t like tofu, but as someone of Asian heritage, I don’t think I can live without the soy based product, a very resilient and versatile ingredient in Asian cooking. Vancouver based producer tofû is quickly proving himself a rising necessity and treasured force in the music scene too, plus his handiwork has been anything but bland. Case in point, tofû

‘s new remix for NYC pop sensation VÉRITÉ. Aside from a whole lot of accent marks, this combination has resulted in a bold remix of Saint that transforms her sweeping, smoldering pop aria into an epic future bass, dubstep, and electro trap banger. The infectious melody of the original is enveloped by metallic whomping, dramatic swelling grandeur on the exhilarating dance edit. The remix is a free download, here.

Vancouver based producer tofû, aside from possibly loving soy based products even more than I do, has proven himself an electronic maestro in the past months with his phenomenal remixes and flips. The latest such jam he’s blessed upon our ears is a cinematic remix of 21 year old wunderkind Emmit Fenn’s Yuna collaboration, Modern Flame. It’s impossible not to love this future bass flickering, intense surging re-work, the perfect treatment to go with Yuna and Emmit Fenn’s enthralling vocals. For more of his recent brilliant remix feats, stream his edit of Katelyn Tarver’s You Don’t Know and his Future Mask Off flip below.

Even if you’re one of those people who find soy based tofu absolutely atrocious (and trust me, tofu can be really delicious), you’re going to find this

remix absolutely appetizing, so much so you won’t be able to stop devouring it over and over again. Vancouver based producer tofû offers up an exhilarating re-work of NY producer Lucian’s Forever, that beauty of a gripping future bass gem that features ravishing vocals by Nashville’s REMMI. While the original was dark and grandiose with sharp vehement edges, tofû’s remix is takes on an ethereal electro step airiness. Its smooth rounded chops and wavy glittering veneer gives us a delightfully fresh approach on Forever that I welcome with much zeal. Download the edit for free, here.
