Historically, Bonnie and Clyde were notorious criminals, yet famed legends… but there’s another distinguished duo named BONNIE X CLYDE who’s well worthy of our obsession these days. The vocal bass duo continue to mesmerize and thrill us with their brand of cinematic future bass on The Unknown. Beautifully haunting vocals, reminiscent of early BROODS, Echos, and

XYLØ, pull us into an inky world full of exciting mystery and intrigue. BXC explain: “This track was inspired by the unknown. That feeling of being unsure about what’s coming, what’s next, what things will look like in the future & not being fully sure of what will happen. Through this song we encourage you not to fear the unknown & just go for it. Whatever it is in life you are passionate about or truly enjoy, give it your all.” Stream/download The Unknown, here.

Foxes new demo

March 12, 2013

Foxes, aka London musician Louisa Rose Allen, previewed a track off her coming debut album via this demo video that includes backstage footage of her 2012 tour. The Unknown a catchy pop track. She’s another artist I’ve been meaning to feature for awhile now and finally am getting around to it. I’ll actually be catching her live next week in San Francisco! Some of you are probably already fans of a few more of her older songs I’m throwing on below The Unknown. Her intense, dramatic pop should appeal to those of you that love Florence and the Machine as well as other great Brit pop acts.
