There’s certainly some hot electronica cooking down in Southern California these days. Los Angeles’ Templeton inspires us to go harder tonight than we did last night and really work it with a slamming g-house remix of Richard by Julius Jetson and P.Keys. The rousing track pits some acid house with loads of UK garage, giving us a ZHU meets Soulwax sort of vibe that has my skin crawling with sinister joy. Free download of the wicked track, here.

Robyn’s Dancing On My Own will always be one of my favorite electro pop songs. First of all, it’s a great tune, second of all, I love Robyn, and thirdly, there’s no better empowering theme for every girl out there who likes to twirl around the dance floor (or concert venue) solo every so often. Los Angeles’ Templeton revives the classic with a soulful house remix, complete with lusciously deep bass and exhilarating build ups. There’s no resisting the booming beats and hypnotic drum work on this renewed approach. It’s time… Time to power dance on my own again, the rest of the world can wait.

Los Angeles producer Templeton has a fresh new tune for us. Better Represent is a 90s inspired disco inflected house banger. The sizzling hot, vivacious tune is irresistible and primed for a dance floor extravaganza with its pumping beat, hooking vocals, and luscious synths. Better Represent takes a page from the 1998 solid gold hit by Something For The People.
