Los Angeles based indie band Sleeping Wolf delivers a riveting combination of thunderous alt rock and dark alt pop on grand majestic Love Is The Cure. Not only is this a sleek spellbinder, but it’s also a profound message about the violence surrounding us these days. The duo wrote the song in response to the tragedy in Orlando and the death of Christina Grimmie. Love Is The Cure is a free download on Soundcloud. Instead of purchasing the song, Sleeping Wolf wants us to consider donating to following charities:

Sleeping Wolf return with their beautiful and atmospheric alternative and synthpop sound on new song Star Fire. It’s a gripping, epic song with honeyed melody and endless poignant passion. The way the chorus hits on the track is near heart bursting, with its sheer power and emotion. Star Fire is a deeply gratifying and enthralling new offering from the Los Angeles based duo.

With some gut wrenching emotion comes the gorgeous new Blindfold, from Los Angeles alt pop and synthrock band Sleeping Wolf. It’s an explosive, sinister synths lined ballad, carrying a The Neighbourhood like dark grittiness and and plenty of Bastille’s melodious, anthemic allure. Sleeping Wolf has a debut EP slated for release in early 2015, co-written with David Hodges of Evanescence and touring members of 30 Seconds To Mars. Considering the quality of what we’ve heard from them lately, Sleeping Wolf is sure to drum up more buzz with the release of the EP. Revisit the previously featured Demons At The Door below, as well as another recent tune, the fiery Jennifer.

From Los Angeles comes a new alt pop band named Sleeping Wolf, and in the short months that they’ve come together, they already have a song featured in the trailer for Hollywood film You’re Not You, starring Hilary Swank. Demons At The Door is a sweeping track with an infectious sound reminiscent of Bastille meets Imagine Dragons. The fellas have a debut EP slated for release in early 2015, and its co-written with David Hodges of Evanescesnce, as well as touring members of 30 Seconds to Mars. Another beautiful song they’ve unveiled over the past month is The Wreck Of Our Hearts, which you can stream below. This one’s more of a melancholic, melting listen, with a cinematic quality like that of Coldplay’s, drenched with the warmth and endearing qualities of The Killers’ slower jams. It’s no surprise that these guys are attracting some attention already.
