Welcome the newest member to one of our favorite labels Neon Gold. Sinead Harnett has been a favorite of mine for the longest time. For many of you she’s been on your music radar for quite some time too. The London artist Sinéad Harnett has been Boiling the dance and R&B sound waves for years. N.O.W when Sinéad’s sweet vocals first entered my life it took me to Paradise as she is featured by stellar artists like Disclosure, Rudimental, Kidnap Kid, and Snakehips. I’ve come So Close to seeing Sinéad Harnett live and I couldn’t imagine there’d be No Other Way than in Austin for SXSW. Unfortunately she had to pull out. I love seeing Chapter 1 come to a close though and hearing new music from the London songstress.

‘Body’ is the perfect song for this rainy Friday night in the Bay Area. Friends of mine are on spring break and I can imagine this song as someone’s theme. You’re catching up with friends and they’re asking if you dropped that fuckboy and you don’t want to look like a fool but damn it, spring break is almost over and you deserve to be feel love whether it’s fake or love so just keep it a secret and you can have my body.

I always appreciate Sinead’s music not just for her sound but also for her vulnerability. Such a beauty.

You could say we’ve grown accustomed to soaring through the clouds and across the cosmos on the wings of Gryffin’s ever scintillating music, but every time we experience the Los Angeles producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist songs, we find ourselves lifted to new heights of aural pleasure. Gryffin takes us on a different sort of journey with his new original, Love In Ruins, and surprises us with a far moodier, much more mellifluously nostalgic sojourn that features ever phenomenal UK chanteuse Sinead Harnett on guest vocals. Don’t get us wrong… Love In Ruins is still a heart bursting, beautifully atmospheric affair, but his thrumming beats and dynamic riffs tug at the more scarred regions of the heart. Love In Ruins is a resilient and bolstering anthem, but it aches and yearns. You can find this moving indie dance, melodious pop, and pumping house chimera on iTunes, here. Catch one of Gryffin’s explosive and commanding live performances when he plays Terminal 5 in New York on October 21st. Tickets are available, here.

Not only is Sinead Harnett’s new single, Rather Be With You, a heart warming R&B dance hybrid, but it also features succulent production by Snakehips and Chris Loco. We also get to watch the UK songbird sing the song with sultry elegance in a fresh new music video. Warm and cozy vibes burst aplenty from this contemporary pop jam. Rather Be With You is a song you’ll want to serenade your bae with over the holidays. The single, lifted from Sinead Harnett’s self titled EP, is out now on iTunes alongside an acoustic version of the song and a remix by Mechatok.

English producer Jakwob, while busy with his new venture with FTSE, the previously featured synth-hardcore act Get Hot, is still keeping himself very busy with his own solo endeavors, as can be heard on this amazing drum and bass remix of Sinead Harnett’s Paradise. The percussion rolls, the playful melody, and Sinead Harnett’s soulful, beautiful vocals all come together to create a thrilling and divine experience. Paradise, indeed.

I seem to be on a sweet UK producer roll with these last few features. We now turn to Bearcubs, who just hypnotized last week with his new original Let Go. Now, he’s remixed Sinead Harnett’s Snakehips featuring single No Other Way (joining a growing list of many other producers who have been remixing the track). Bearcubs’ organic rendition is full of dazzling luminosity and sparkling twinkles. It’s a delicate, beautiful work of art. Revisit syrupy, haunting Let Go, below.

A few days ago, another remix of Snakehips’ Days With You (featuring Sinead Harnett) premiered on This Song Is Sick. We’ve heard a great one from Pomo already, now we have this powerful, massive future beats take by Brooklyn producer Sweater Beats. I’ve been waiting to share this sick take with you. With Days With You coming out on August 28, we might have some more dope remixes coming our way.
