I’ll gladly “say yes” to long awaited new HONORS any day, much less such a compelling second alt R&B piece from this Toronto four piece that floored us with their debut Over nearly half a year ago. Moody rumbling and slick whirring Say Yes is a testament to the talent brimming from this collection of writers, producers, and multi-instrumentalists who are heavily influenced by the likes of The Weeknd, Party Next Door, and Roy Woods. HONORS, who recently signed to PRMD Music, will be appearing at Bonanza and Bumbershoot later this year after their June shows in NY and LA. Say Yes can also be streamed via Spotify, here. Watch the recently released music video for debut single Over below.

Floridian producer Tommy Pax linked up with his production buddy Royalle on an official remix that breathes new life into me at this late night, mid week hour. Their opulent pumping, vibrant thrushing remix of hip hop artist Johnny Gr4ves’ Say Yes is a future trap eruption of crisp 808s and rich bass. The buoyant hooking, dapper vibrant remix is a free download, here

Out of San Luis Obispo comes this production act named Tasty Treat, and what a name they’ve selected. At once, I expect some terrific tunes, but I also find myself getting hungry, as I sit here furiously typing away at my keyboard to share great music. I’d love some tasty treats, right about now. The California act dropped a vibe and bass heavy treat (indeed) recently, in the form of Say Yes, a song oozing charming, sexy R&B flavors and hypnotic future bass. For a more pulsing, trappy jam, check out Tasty Treat’s You Got Me, below.
