SAVEUS is the brainchild of Martin Hedegaard, a 24 year old multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer from the small town of

Ørum, Denmark who forges “sci-fi inspired pop”. Though his latest work is named Watch The World, it’s immediately apparent from listening to the powerfully gripping anthem that it’s SAVEUS’ rising career that we should watch. Martin has teamed up with American sound-guru Andrew Dawson on the punchy anthem, a seasoned veteran who has worked with the likes of Jay-Z, Kid Cudi, HEALTH, and Sleigh Bells, and who’s also Kanye West’s preferred studio engineer and co-producer on all his albums since 2004. Watch The World is electrifying, a gut punching emulsion infused with a diverse array of sound, including blues, rock, electronica, and pop. It’s no wonder SAVEUS has been the most talked about new act in Denmark these past couple of years. With a growing amount of the world watching, or should we say, listening, he’s becoming a buzz luring talent far beyond his native country. Aside from the dark searing allure of the song’s composition, SAVEUS presents us with his spectacular vocals on his new single. Count us in as a new avid fan. New enigmatic electronic artist Saveus blasts on to the scene with a massive debut named Levitate Me. The producer, based in Copenhagen, shows off some powerful chops on the vibrant song, giving it a very Gotye meets Phil Collins and Peter Gabriel sound, all blended into the track’s energetic Prodigy meets Sigma production. A fantastic and thrilling French electro house styled riff at the end drives the track home as a huge genre mashing jam.
