It’s been a moment since I’ve shared any uplifting, soul cleansing progressive house, and who else should we turn to but Los Angeles’ Elephante for a much needed breath of purifying energy and rhapsodic beauty? The producer makes a grand return on Closer, a sweeping electro and prog track that features ravishing vocals by Portland’s Bishøp. Feel all worries and burdens slide off your shoulders as you lift your hands to the sky in heart warming deliverance and near spiritual release. Closer is a free download, here.

When UK drum and bass act Rudimental unleashed a collaboration with Ed Sheeran earlier this year, Lay It All On Me probably made a ton of teenaged girls faint in glee. Now, we get to return to charming Ed’s vocals and Rudimental’s grooving tune, thanks to a rousing, uplifting progressive remix by Canada’s Sultan + Shepard. As always, the duo know how to build up eager anticipation and make our hearts burst with the most satisfying, feel good drops. The original is on Rudimental’s sophomore album We The Generation.

Last month, I shared Radical Something’s latest, a sublime sunshine drenched catchy gem named Paradise In You. Vancouver production act Young Bombs gives it an even more radiant makeover that bubbles and pops with a crisp summery vibrancy. It’s a remix that’s fully heart warming, bringing in elements from tropical house, deep house, and progressive house. You’re going to want to save this one for the coldest days of our forthcoming winter. It’ll lift you right out of the cold gloom in an instant. Download for free, here.

Los Angeles’ KSHMR joins forces with Toronto’s Shaun Frank on a massive electronic anthem named, aptly, Heaven. Heaven features vocals by Delaney Jane, who seems to be keeping very busy with the amazing guest stints lately, having just graced us with her voice on Adventure Club’s Limitless a few days prior. Heaven is a divinely expansive and intensely stirring deep and future house track fit for an epic night of carefree, euphoric dancing. Heaven will be available on Spinnin’ come Ottober 19th.

The Chainsmokers continue to deliver massive collaborative dance tracks with their latest, a high energy progressive rager named Until You Were Gone. While the fellas teamed up with an impressive list of indie acts on their prior releases, they turn to fellow production wizards, Austin duo Tritonal, to create this massive jam together. Until You Were Gone’s vocals, however, are still stunningly delivered by a singer songwriter named Emily Warren. It turns out that when you put two production talents from New York together with two from Texas, you get an exponential force of super progressive house capability. Until You Were Gone is a melodic and uplifting dance anthem, a feel good track that I can totally picture as a closer for a spectacular evening’s set. Purchase the song on iTunes.

Let’s make the rest of your day, or what’s left of your night, intensely majestic and magnificent. Turn the volume up, and get ready to rocket straight into the sky with a burst of uplifting progressive energy from this remix of Thomas Hayes & Joni Fatora’s Neon by American producer SHANAHAN. Exhilarating and exquisitely stirring, SHANAHAN’s Neon is one that will leave only the strongest of optimism and hope pumping through your veins. The remix, along with a number of other ace remixes, are available now on Beatport.

If you’re attracted to dark and somber minimalist soundscapes, like I am, you’ll probably find yourself inescapably spellbound by Given Names’ Razor Wires, a haunting beauty that received the music video treatment today. Watch the clip below for the Brooklyn based electronic rock duo’s debut single. Razor Wires is both coldly hypnotic and emotionally rousing, a shadowy, blend of rock, prog, and electronic that prompts me to think of Massive Attack and Radiohead.

Los Angeles’ Elephante turns in an incredible remix of indie rock band Deluka’s Home, once again showcasing his brilliant ability to work with all sorts of music, creating a wall of sound all his own. We’ve heard his originals, we’ve listened to his cover remixes, now, raise your fist and lose it to this amazing transformation of a rock song into a slowly intensifying progressive house anthem. Meet me in orbit as this one flings us out of the stratosphere! Elephante says that he attempted to create a Flume meets stadium rock and progressive house sound with the remix. I’d say he’s done that and much, much more! The raw emotion of Deluka’s vocals add on to Elephante’s sweeping production and instrumental add ons to deliver an epic experience that feels ever organic. Download the remix for free, here.

The Disco Fries’ surprisingly drum and bass styled Born Ready, featuring divinely soaring vocals by Hope Murphy, gets a spectacularly beautiful remix by Atlanta duo Halogen. They give the NY duo’s tune a glorious house makeover full of good feels and uplifting progression. This is the kind of springy jam that will get a room full of people dancing in pure euphoria, and it’ll feel like it’s the best night ever. This new Kaskade is far too good to put off sharing for another day, despite how late it’s getting to be over here in San Francisco. The much beloved American producer enlists Ilsey for her sublimely beautiful vocals on Disarm You, a tidal wave of burning passion and uplifting progressive house. Disarm You builds up from tender, poignant emotion, climbing to an apex of liberating, blooming vitality and intense spirit. Disarm You is Kaskade’s latest single from his forthcoming Warner Bros. / Arkade album.
