It’s a honeyed swooning, lavish grooving affair on Feels Alright, a glamorous new tune from Sydney duo Polographia, who enlist fellow Australian Looks Fade for some airy melting falsettos. Golden drips of buttery nu-disco trickle over us as we dance the night away on fluffy plush clouds to this summer cool, deeply intoxicating jam. The satin sashaying Casanova is out now on Sweat It Out. Snag the dreamy luscious banger from various outlets, here.

Waves of euphoria wash over us as the opening bars of Polographia’s Sly unfurl. The Sydney duo envelopes us in velveteen organic vibes and swoon worthy soulfulness while Winston Surfshirt croons magnetically on the serene swirling, prismatic drifting electronic song. Sly is lush and dreamy. It drips like melted butter and floats like soft puffs of fleecy textured cloud. Sly is a taste from the two piece’s forthcoming EP which will be out soon alongside remixes by FOrtunes and Godriguez (Sampa The Great). Sly is out via Sweat It Out! at various outlets, here.

Oozing late night vibes and a dusky charm comes slinking electro soul single named Up & Down. Chet Faker and HONNE like vocals slide across the smooth surface of the sultry tune, delivered by Brisbane’s Goodbye Moon, while the softly woozy, glimmering soundscape is finely crafted by amazing Sydney duo Polographia. The duo released a music video for the track this week, whose blue hue and grainy focus are the perfect accompaniment to Up & Down. Up & Down is a second taste from Polographia’s Natural EP, out September 11th.

I HEART MOOSIQ PREMIERE:

Coming at us with an incredibly versatile style that blends hip hop, R&B, soul, alternative, folk, and electronic is a producer, musician, and singer-songwriter out of Sydney, Australia named Lyall Moloney. His excellent new single Running For You, which features his friend and producer Moktar Sharouny from Polographia, is a driving, punchy, and deeply infectious gem. Part electronic pop, part hip hop, part 90s R&B, the song even boasts entrancing production and choppy vocal samples that bring to mind Flume’s use of ethereal atmosphere and pitched samples. Plenty of retro soul and simmering passion within the mesmerizing track conjure the sounds of Chet Faker.

Running For You is also like an electronic infused Milky Chance, due to its uptempo, gritty acoustic qualities and Lyall’s delightfully grainy but smooth voice. It’s an altogether scintillating sound with the perfect groove. Lyall has given us a slick, honeyed song that will reverberate long after the last spirited notes fade, even from just one listen, leaving us ravenous for more. Running For You is taken from Lyall Moloney’s forthcoming album, Only Lonely, out in April through Sureshaker and MGM. The album is made up of features and collaborations, including with Moktar and Diz Frost from Sticky Fingers.

Double treat time! Cosmo’s Midnight hails from, you guessed it, Australia, and they’re twin brothers who make shimmery electronic music, the kind that seem to be plentiful out of the land down under these days. Wierd thing is, there’s quantity AND quality with these producers, lately. To mark the end of the year, Cosmo’s Midnight has released a double A-side single. Stream both Goodnight (feat. Polographia) and Moshi above, which are filled with delicious glitch and explosive, zesty synths.
