When I think of swans, I think of a graceful creature and an ambiguous symbol that historically, has represented both beauty and the darkness that oft lurks behind obsessive perfectionism. Thankfully, we don’t have to worry about any of the latter as OKKAH, a four piece indie/electro pop from Utah whisks us away with a slick and airy, lavish and nimble aria named Body of a Swan. The single is the title track from the band’s recent 6 track EP, out on iTunes, here. The driving momentum of Body Of A Swan takes us on a soaring voyage that leaves us spiraling in the clouds with its spacey synths and sprawling strings. You can also listen to more of OKKAH’s synth luxuriant electro-pop/indie electro on Soundcloud, here.
