OFFICIAL VID: HAIM – Don’t Save Me

November 27, 2012

Well, it was just last week that I shared this HAIM song and a sweet remix of it, and now, there’s a video. So, guess what? I share again! Mwahaha. It’s a great retro sounding nu-folk/90’s r&b tinged tune, so why not? These Los Angeles indie poppers are sure making some endless ripples in the machine lately.

New HAIM

Let’s get back to some more frenetic music after the peacefulness that Michael Kiwanuka tends to create. Los Angeles indie pop group HAIM released a new song today for us titled Send Me Down, and it’s a goodie. The rhythmic percussion is strong on this one; it’s very energetic and dramatic. You can still detect some of their 90’s-ish sound in the more polished song, though less so than some of their other music.
