I know this one’s been afloat since earlier this month, but it’s far to dashing and swaggering an electronic jam to miss out on a requisite share. Canadian sibling duo Love Thy Brother partnered up with Australia by way of Germany artist YATES on Reminder, a sooty smoldering, fiery simmering conglomeration of deep house, indie dance, alt pop, and electro-soul. As they sing on their track, “I don’t need no reminder.” Nope, none is necessary when it comes to Love Thy Brother’s brilliance and Yates’ talent. You can download Reminder for free, here.

Bob Moses’ music is in itself brilliant on its own. The Canadian electronic duo gave us one of the best albums of 2015 in critically acclaimed Days Gone By, and songs from the album continue to inspire some sensational remixes. RAC won a Grammy for his incredible edit of Tearing Me Up. Now Canadian sibling duo Love Thy Brother returns with their superb take on Days Gone By cut Like It Or Not. Deep pumping disco house meets lavish entrancing techno on their magnificent remix, a meditative indulgence whose sweet nectar evokes mellower Justice and Rüfüs du Sol’s more introspective pieces. Love Thy Brother says that the track is the first of a series of remixes they made for their new live show launching soon. Let’s hope they take that show on the road and hit up San Francisco.

I harbor an unwavering, deeply rooted love for Canadian sibling duo Love Thy Brother’s melodic enchanting single Love Me Better, which features Ariel Beesley on guest vocals. The pop and house hybrid is just too catchy and endearing, and I can’t help but fall for Ariel Beesley’s operatic pop vocals which evoke both Marina and the Diamonds and The Good Natured. Perhaps as a result of that, I’ve also gravitated towards the remixes that have surfaced for Love Me Better these past weeks. Regardless of that fact, it’s blatantly obvious how summery sublime German producer Alex Schulz’s interpretation of Love Me Better really is… The remix is so balmy tranquil and cozy comforting, it leaves me with warm fuzzy feels on a dark cool night. Alex Schulz’s chill tropical remix will be out soon.

I’m not sure whether it’s ironic or a critical reminder that we’re diving into a remix of Weezer’s I Love the USA tonight, less than 24 hours since half our nation voted Trump into the presidency. I’d like to believe it’s the latter of the two, as no matter what, I still do love our country and the wonderfully diverse people who make up its population. Canadian siblings Love Thy Brother have given the punk rock legends’ song an official treatment that changes things up quite a lot. If you’ve ever wondered what deep house Weezer might sound like, today’s the day you find out. The duo retain some of the original’s echoing riffs but insert plenty of resounding percussion and beats as they douse us with a wildly unique take on I Love the USA. Love Thy Brother even offered up the resonant track with a heartwarming message. They state: “This song is a reminder that we Canadians love you guys down there. You’re already great in our eyes.” And this was before the results rolled in, too. Thanks, Love Thy Brother! We love you, too. Their remix of I Love the USA can be downloaded for free, here.

Canadian sibling duo Love Thy Brother, aside from apparently harboring tons of affection for each other, have been one of our electronic acts to watch this year. We were certainly not disappointed when they gave us their debut original over the summer, and I couldn’t help but fall hard for melodic enchanting Love Me Better, which features Ariel Beesley on dramatic vocals that evoke Marina and the Diamonds as well as The Good Natured. Today, the two piece gives us a new interpretation of their own song, converting the track into a synthwave introspective piece, perfect for those late night drives home. By the end of the remix, I feel like I’m hanging out with Tangerine Dream in a David Lynch film. Love Thy Brother’s remix of Love Me Better will be a part of a remix package out soon on Bright Antenna Records. It’s also a limited free download for the moment, here.

Over the summer, Canadian sibling duo Love Thy Brother dropped their long awaited debut original, and they straight nailed it on Love Me Better, a melodic enchanting, rosy endearing fusion of dance pop and house featuring vocals by Ariel Beesley. We now get a grand remix of that track, courtesy of Toronto production whiz Tep No.  The moment I saw a track that involved Tep No and Love My Brother, I knew we were in for a sublime aural treat. Tep No gives Love Me Better a crisp glowing, electro whirring re-work that shines ebulliently like gold. In the meantime, Love Thy Brother also released a second original not to be missed. They’ve teamed up with Jonny Stemp on meditative and orchestral deep house marcher, Holy Days. Stream below.

Canadian sibling duo Love Thy Brother has been on our radar for four long years, so their debut original has been a long time coming after all those scintillating remixes. Love Me Better is well worth the patience, too, as the Ariel Beesley featuring song’s indie dance is melodic enchanting and rosy endearing. Marina and the Diamonds like electropop goes The Good Natured dance pop and glamorous synth pumping house on Love Me Better. It’s a formula I can’t get enough of. In fact, I’ve been waiting days for the original to go off embargo so I could share the song with you. Love Me Better can also be found on Spotify.
