Keeping those chill summer vibes flowing with this laid back, soothing remix of 15 year old Belgian singer songwriter Emma Bale’s Run by her fellow countryman, Lost Frequencies. You’ll have to add this one to that chill summer beach and pool playlist you’ve been building for the rest of your epic summer months, too. It’s stunningly gorgeous. Emma’s crystalline, saccharine vocals waft gracefully through Lost Frequencies’ springy deep house production, which alternates between gentle acoustics and dramatically flaring, expansive synths.

Chill house remixes sure seem to be a big thing of the moment, and it’s obvious that talented producers can work wonders with folksy or alt rock and pop tunes. A few of my favorite producers that do amazing chill house remixes lately include Kygo and Thomas Jack, as well as oh so many others, but not to be forgotten is rising producer Lost Frequencies from Belgium. He first snagged my attention with his awesome remix of Red Hot Chili Pepper’s Snow, but his latest is another gem. Lost Frequencies remixed One Republic’s Counting Stars, and it’s a weightless delight. Revisit the RHCP remix after you enjoy Counting Stars.

Y’all really dug the remix of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Snow by fresh new Belgium producer Lost Frequencies a few days ago. All good. I loved it too. Like I said, I could listen to it on repeat all day long. Now, it’s time to check out an original number by the producer, and it’s quite an enjoyable track, too. The song is titled Tell Me, and it contains an eargasmic blend of jazzy sax and piano riffs, mixed with a laid back, grooving beat.

Here’s something I stumbled upon over the weekend and had at the back of my mind as a must share come today. It’s interesting that I happened on it by chance, and then the Red Hot Chili Peppers played a guest spot on the Super Bowl half time show, likely the most exciting moment of the snoozefest of a disaster game. I dig tons of Chili Peppers tunes, but Snow is one of my favorites. It was so gratifying to hear it, and many other RHCP standards, live at Outside Lands Music Festival last year. This past Saturday, I was totally impressed by this airy electronic remix by fresh young Belgium producer Lost Frequencies. I can listen to this on repeat all day long.
