Every time I’m reminded of Danish pop sensation MØ’s great success, I find myself flying high over the moon with joy yet again. IHM has been such a devoted fan of hers for so many years, and she’s still one of my favorite musicians after all that time. MØ’s latest hit single, Final Song, has received a behemoth remix treatment from good pal Diplo and his fellow production bigwig Jauz. This supernova partnership of heavy hitters results in a surprisingly misty and brisk Final Song. I find myself transported to the tropics by Diplo and Jauz’s creative Balearic house makeover.

What do you get when you combine a ghost and a shark? Monumental electronic dance music, of course! But don’t go running out to the ocean to snag yourself a sharp toothed predator, and please don’t head over to the closest haunted house to catch you a ghoul. The ghost in this particular case, can only be Ghastly, while the shark in question is fellow Los Angeles resident, JAUZ. As a team, they’ve forged an epic banger named, what else, but “Ghosts N’ Sharks”. Strap yourselves in for an adventure, kids, because these producers are taking us on a wild ride with this one, a genre defying melding of dubstep, electro, progressive, and everything in between. We’re the sidekicks to these superheros as we kick, chop, and stomp our way through a world of thrilling build ups, spectacular drops, and dramatic chords. Crank this one high up and let’s conquer these levels and bosses together, then zip away as legends on our super cool spaceships. JAUZ and Ghastly’s Ghosts N’ Sharks is a free download, here.

This next one might be my top remix of the day. In fact, since I first heard it early this morning, this beast of a remix of Duke Dumont’s A*M*E featuring Need U (100%), which I still love so dearly, has racked up over 158K streams. Los Angeles bass house producer Jauz collaborates with enigmatic maestro Marshmello to give us this behemoth trap and Jersey hybrid banger.  Download for free, here.

Tchami just unveiled a remix package for his hit single After Life, featuring Stacy Barthe, and on it are a bevy of amazing edits of the tune. While it was a colossal task to pick one remix to share first, I’ve settled on this exhilarating rework by Los Angeles based producer JAUZ, who gives the track a killer acidic tinge, an abundance of mind blowing wobbles, and tons of heavy hitting bass. Need a little oomph and some energy? Blast this heady dubstep meets acid house remix, loud. Purchase Tchami’s remix package on iTunes, here. More of this remix package will likely be gracing IHM in the next few days.
