Folktronica artist James Yuill recently featured on British producer Jackson’s Love Love Love, and German producer Zwette’s remix of the tune is a cooling summer jam that immediately drew me in with its weightless, carefree charm. It’s what some might call “folk house”, as it bounces lightly with electronic flair while oozing the warmth of gentle, endearing acoustics. It’s a song that has me picturing Robin Schulz and Milky Chance dancing circles of bromantic joy around each other. Watch the new video for the Zwette edit below.

It’s Friday, and I’m seriously ready to get down and boogie the night away to this sizzling hot new dance pop duo named Loframes. Their debut single Get Real (Can’t Touch Your Love) carries a hint of funky flair with its buoyant, pumping beat. Loframes is a collaboration between British singer-songwriter and producer James Yuill with French producer Franck Russo (aka Freak You). Their debut together is an impressive jam, blending deep house with synthpop, all topped resplendently with sexy, sultry saxophone. Get Real (Can’t Touch Your Love) will be included in Toolroom Records’ upcoming ‘Poolside Ibiza 2015’ compilation. The single will also be released exclusively on Beatport on March 9th, with a general release following on March 23rd.

Post War Years’ All Eyes remixed

James Yuill did a great remix of Post War Years’ All Eyes.

Here’s the original unremixed version for comparison. It’s an awesome song and the remix is a nice icing on the top electronic approach. Love the instrumentals on this.
