Ah, Amber Run, once again I find myself reduced to a puddle on the floor thanks to your sweeping, beautiful alt rock music. The UK act has released a third song from their upcoming Pilot EP, out September 21st on RCA Victor, and Thank You, like everything we’ve heard from them to date, is a moving, sentimental gem. These guys quickly placed themselves square on my bands to watch list with earlier songs like I Found and Pilot. Their sound always reminds me of a cinematic, soaring blend of acts like Coldplay, Kodaline, and Bastille. With music as touching as theirs, I’m sure they’re on the path to great success. Let’s revisit I Found below again! Because it’s so good!

Over a month ago, new UK alt band Amber Run made our hearts melt with their gorgeous, melancholic single I Found, a cinematic, sentimental gem. They follow it up with Pilot, a more driving, explosive, and optimistic track, with a video that serves as a second part to I Found’s video. I’ll share the video for I Found again below first, then the new video for Pilot. Altogether, they make quite the interesting short film.

Taking a morning moment to share this lovely, heart string tugging ballad with you, from British band Amber Run. In actuality, I already shared I Found with you, earlier this week, via its cinematic video, but at the time, I was wishing for a SoundCloud stream, for easy streaming by lazy readers (yes, you, I know you’re out there) and some Hype Machine attention. My wish has been granted. I Found is a gorgeous song well worthy of attention, and I’d be sad if y’all miss out on the beauty. As mentioned previously, the song, and Amber Run’s sound overall, brings to mind a wonderful blend of tender Kodaline, grandiose Coldplay, and mellifluous, endearing Bastille. Amber Run is gearing up to release their new EP, Pilot, on September 21 via RCA Victor. Revisit their soaring, uplifting single Spark, from earlier this year, below.

I wish British alt band Amber Run’s beautiful new song I Found had a SoundCloud stream to share, but I’ll make do with the moving, theatrical video below, and share their recent single Spark above, instead (take note that the video was sent to me with an “emotional warning”). The cinematic, melting song is the title track off their last EP which came out during the spring. Found marks a new EP, titled Pilot, coming out September 21 on RCA Victor. Their music has the lush, uplifting power of Coldplay’s stadium moving music, as well as the gorgeous, melting tenderness of Ireland’s Kodaline and the enthralling, mellifluous power of Bastille.
