Production behemoths Axwell / Ingrosso created quite a stir when they premiered a luminous lifting track named Dreamer at ADE in 2016, then the track seemed to drop off the face of the earth despite the consternation of fans. The pair have finally released Dreamer as a single, and we can now “get high on” its euphoric progressive house and mellifluous pop. With its nimble strings and rhythmic beat, Dreamer is almost like a widescreen Coldplay collaboration. Watch the lyric video for the track above, or stream the inspiring song via Spotify, here.

Singer songwriter Luna Aura dazzled us with her driving, pulsing electropop in the past. She hails from Phoenix, and her voice really does remind me of a pheonix, with its aeriel grace and breathy beauty. She lends that voice to 3LAU’s new single, Walk Away, a verdant electro and pop hybrid whose video gives us a fitting eagle eyes fractal-like view of lush fertile forests. We soar through the air on the back of the Los Angeles producer’s crisp and melodious electronic aria, out now and available, here. Walk Away will be on 3LAU’s new album Ultraviolet, coming in 2018. All profits from this single will be generously donated to Equality Now.

In case you haven’t heard, we have a superstar producer in the making right here at home in the San Francisco Bay named HIGHSOCIETY, and his music is sure to stimulate arena sized crowds into euphoric frenzies in the near future. HIGHSOCIETY has already given us a plethora of incredible remixes (be sure to check out his sick remix of AWOLNATION’s Run, here, if you haven’t already done so). Now, he stirs us up with a savage EP named Give You More, consisting of three beastly originals. The title track is a vicious electro trap and metallurgic dubstep hybrid with laser cut synths and gritty roaring bass. HIGHSOCIETY’s jostling, jogging electronic anthem is an unmerciful onslaught of adrenaline pumping, head rushing exhilaration. Check out the full EP on Soundcloud, here, and support via alternate outlets, here.

And here we go again, rocketing off on a fantastical and wondrous adventure alongside masked production prodigy k?d as he blows us away with another stunning original. Genesis is defined as the origin or source of something. I believe we have been witnessing the genesis of a legend when it comes to k?d, whose latest song is a propulsive display of what’s become the producer’s signature sound: whizzing synths, wobbling bass, wavy syncopating chords, and galactic cinematics. Download Genesis from Toneden, here, as we look forward to a massive year ahead for this adept “kid”.

Last Friday, the brilliant producer known as Flume released his remix package for Tove Lo featured hit Say It, one of so many amazing tunes off of Harley’s sophomore album Skin. Though everything off the package is flat out amazing, we’re going to focus on Anna Lunoe’s remix for the moment. Get ready for the grand and majestic as the Los Angeles via Sydney producer gives us her resounding take on Say It. Trumpeting flares, tenaciously entrancing beats, and Tove Lo’s ever sassy topline make this deep house meets trap hybrid a cavalier and tenacious thriller. Stream the full Say It Remix package featuring the original single and additional edits by Clean Bandit, SG Lewis, and Stwo on Soundcloud

Though Sydney’s Enschway is gracing the pages of IHM for the first time ever, I foresee his presence here plentiful more times in the future. Enschway drives us towards “schwaying” intoxication with a thrilling remix of Slumberjack’s Daniel Johns’ featuring Open Fire. This edit chops vicariously and shimmers voraciously, a hard hitting yet ethereal spellbinding hybridization of lavish future bass and grimy trap. Enschway’s re-work wiil be on an official remix package to come. In the meantime, it’s a free download, here.

Los Angeles hip hop act lil aaron is racking up some major win points with his collaborative efforts of late. Last month, he teamed up with Y2K on a groundbreaking song named DAMN, which I classified as “future hip hop”. Now, lil aaron has linked up with Washington, DC duo SoySauce on a gritty new anthem named BOUT TIME. Last year, SoySauce donated 15,000 meals to kids who couldn’t afford school lunches with the money they raised with their Lunch Money EP. BOUT TIME is a celebration of that benevolent feat. BOUT TIME is a hooking hip hop and future beats wobbler, and it leaves me wanting more SoySauce and lil aaron collaborations.

Last year, Santa Cruz electronic auteur Bassnectar unleashed his Into The Sun album. One of the mind bending tracks off the album, Science Fiction, was a collaboration with a producer I’d never heard of previously named LUZCID, who certainly piqued my interest with the wicked guest stint. Fast forward to now and the producer from Houston has entrapped me in a quilted web of magnificence on new song Everyday. Dubstep, future bass, soul, and trap interlace and fuse into one powerfully vicious and savage beast not of this world or time, though it contains artifacts of our past and fragments of the present. Download the inky dark leviathan for free, here, before it rocket blasts its way back to whence it came from.

I’m kind of sleepy after spending my Sunday shopping and eating, but that all drops away when I put this record on, a trap and dubstep hybrid sure to get your blood pumping, too. Morocco’s Crank teams up with Texas’ Shwann on Diligence, whose passionate build ups and seething drops are diligent in a variety of manners, both vigorous and agile. I nearly feel like I’m at a festival right now, ready to take on a sweaty, delirious crowd with my most eager body slamming raging. Download the track for free, here.
