Uffie made a grand return last week with her first single in nearly a decade, giving us a sumptuously sleek and crisp bopping delight named Drugs. She’s quickly followed up the unexpected surprise with a guest appearance on Swedish electronic legends Galantis’ latest single, Spaceship. Lift up and blast off with this superb team-up as we get some classic Galantis vibes on the mellifluous bounding single, full of vivacious energy and buoyant synths. Perhaps this can be Grimes’ new theme song for when her new beau sends her to outer space on a Falcon 9. Galantis says: “
‎’Spaceship’ takes us to the core of Galantis and our love for dance music. We couldn’t be more excited to join forces with Uffie. The first time we heard ‘Pop The Glock’, it blew our minds… and since then, Uffie’s music has always stuck with us. See you on the dance floor!” Spaceship is out on Big Beat Records, stream/download, here.

This UK producer may have chosen a name that seems to be a homophone for “calm”, but there’s nothing calming or listless about his remixes. KALM offers up an airy buoyant, brisk bubbling remix of Galantis’ hit single Hunter, and it’s such sweet carbonated nectar for the ears. Never have our feet felt lighter as we dance in exhilaration to his fizzy burbling, radiant sparkling remix. KALM’s re-work of Hunter is a free download, here.

We’ve been die hard champions of both Swedish dance auteurs Galantis and Los Angeles pop starlet ROZES (of The Chainsmokers’ collaborative fame) since both these acts’ debut songs, so what else could we do but carouse in joy when a single surfaced involving both? ROZES offers up her deepest, smokiest vocals yet on Girls on Boys, while Galantis douses us with their signature bright chords and succulent beats on this soaring new crossover anthem. Girls on Boys is mellifluous and lively, robust and resilient. In a way, it’s the most dewy eyed pop treat we’ve ever been presented by Galantis. Girls on Boys will be on Galantis’ eagerly anticipated new album The Aviary, out September 15th.

Yes indeed, there have been tons of Hunter remixes this year, but you’re going to want to dance to this addictive future house one, trust me. The gargantuan Galantis hit, which just received the music video treatment this week (watch below), gets a sharp jouncing, high voltage re-work, courtesy of a dance duo named ADAG!O. Their crisp bouncing thriller is a free download, here. The pair explain that this is their last future house track for now as they’re exploring new genres nowadays. We’re eager to hear what else they have up their sleeves after such an incendiary first introduction.

New music from Swedish duo Galantis is a major event, one that usually leads to a flurry of new remixes and edits from producers from all around. The pair surprised us a month ago when they gave us a sparkly lulling anthem named Hunter instead of their usual gallantly dashing, brightly jouncing fare. If it’s a harder, faster, stronger Hunter that you’re craving for, SoCal legend NGHTMRE and fellow Californian Rickyxsan are here to deliver the jolt you need. NGHTMRE & Rickyxsan have linked up to give us a strident jarring, gloriously thrilling beast of a trap, bass, & dubstep remix. The track is lifted from an official remix EP for Galantis’ Hunter. The EP is out on Big Beat Records and it also features remixes by Henry Fong and Mike Williams, as well as a Galantis & Misha K VIP.

At a time when 98% of all buzzing remixes seem to subscribe to the future bass and trap craze that’s taken over the electronic music scene, two Bay Area production heroes have chosen to give us a refreshing approach on Swedish duo Galantis’ latest hit single, Hunter. MyKill and Party Ben unite for an 80′s inspired take on the track, dealing out an electro house meets synthcore thrill ride. The dramatic throbbing, vibrant pulsing remix stirs me into a glorious and extravagant dance frenzy.

Swedish duo Galantis has always been gallantly dashing and brightly jouncing with their mellifluous bounding dance thrillers in the past, but they’ve pulled back on the gargantuan house beats with their new single Hunter to give us a sparkly lulling, weightless larking future beats anthem instead. It’s a glitchy enthralling, dancehall enchanting, and even trappy captivating look for the esteemed pair. We traipse through a mystical forest with Christian Karlsson and Linus Eklöw, questing for magical treasure alongside Hunter and its other peregrine brushstrokes, which paint a lush scenery so wondrously prismatic that it rivals the technicolor beauty of Avatar’s fictional world of Pandora. Galantis’ Hunter is out now via Big Beat Records.

An inordinate amount of No Money remixes have been popping up lately, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t keep an ear out for the fine concoctions. As the work day wraps up and I prepare for the evening’s events, I’m more than grateful for Far Out’s fizzy foaming, zippy playful remix. The Chicago based producer gives us a jolting, whizzing remix of Galantis’ No Money that ventures far into the hyper surreal. This frenetic dizzying treat and its maniacal future beats is highly addictive, in a Porter and Shawn Wasabi meets PC Music manner. Download the remix for free, here.

But a few days prior, beloved Swedish electronic duo Galantis gave us a smashing remix of Wrabel’s Bloodstain. Soon afterwards, they dropped a remix package for their own song Rich Boy, on Big Beat Records, and it’s a five track dazzler chock full of splendid edits including this one, a mischievous thriller created by rising NYC producer Zack Martino. He’s given the brisk summer anthem a propulsive future bass and lambent electro trap remix bursting with youthful energy. The remix package for Rich Boy also includes versions by Quintino, Felix Cartal, Bali Bandits, and Said The Sky, and they all bring their own potent flavor to the track. You can stream the full remix package on Soundcloud and purchase, here.
