We’re getting a respite from rough weather and tempestuous rain today here in the Bay. It’s a welcome momentary dry spell despite California’s thirst for water. French production duo TRINIX captures the ephemeral beauty of this sudden clearing in the storm with Raining Day, a brisk phosphorescent mixture of future beats with deep house that conjures Odesza but less extravagant and other worldly. In fact, Raining Day feels very much rooted to our earth. It feels genuine, a divine reflection of how a mundane day can be magical in its own way. The world won’t always be extraordinary. It doesn’t matter if it’s raining. There’s beauty in everything. You can find sadness or happiness in the tiniest details. Download and stream TRINIX’s gorgeous electronic ditty from various other services, here.

It’s obvious that k?d is the man of the hour when it comes to electronic music these days. Each new remix and original that the incognito artist drops has set the world on fire, and his latest work of art is ready to do the exact same. IHM melodic bass favorite ILLENIUM gets the royal k?d treatment as his song It’s All On U, featuring Liam O’Donnell, goes cosmic splendorous in the producer’s hands. As always, we’re taken for a trip across the universe by k?d’s celestial dance edit. Dreamy pastels pair with chromatic ripples as future beats interweave with cascading electro. “Give me up” is something I never want to do when it comes to a producer like GRMM. The Australian electronic artist made waves last year with his debut six track EP, Die Young. He also thrilled us with some magnificent remixes for the likes of Gorgon City, Disclosure, Rudimental, and more. This year has been just as exciting with the tantalizing array of collaborations, remixes, and originals he’s presented to us. As we prepare for the end of the year and a transition into a new one, GRMM launches a brand new emotionally charged future bass and chill trap cut named Give Me Up, featuring UK vocalist River. Give Me Up is a surging, swelling tsunami, one that leaves my heart fluttering with anticipation for what he has prepared for us next.

After giving us a handful of sensational remixes of songs I love from bands like Mutemath and Temper Trap, Swedish producer Kasbo is finally back with new original music. On Call, he employs beautiful vocals by England’s Cheney whose quivering rich voice is reminiscent of Ryn Weaver and Kiiara. Call is a trembling entrancing future bass gem. It moves gracefully and simmers with R&B passion, like a key tinkling, gently jazzier combination of What So Not and AlunaGeorge. Call is out now via various outlets, here.

Feki’s new single, Remember, is pure fire. The Australian producer infuses his jam with some chill future beats and a torrent of gossamer vocal chops, as well as sparkling keys and a soft groove. The end result is a track that’s so soulful and elegant, but at the same time, incredibly sensual and sexy. The opulent jam is free to download via Soundcloud.
