It’s been a long while since we heard from British singer songwriter Dom Rosenfeld, who’s apparently been holed up writing his new Restless EP. Dom reunites with producer ENZ on the first track off that EP, a steamy hot, vibrant pumping burst of soulful future house and jolting garage named Chasin’ much like Years & Years’ R&B slickness gone Disclosure deep and Jack Ü/Bieber vivacious. Snag Chasin’ for free, here, while we await more treats off of Dom Rosenfeld’s forthcoming EP.

Singer songwriter Dom Rosenfeld teams back up with his production buddy and fellow Londoner ENZ on an organic meets synthetic gem named One Of These Days. It’s a Broken Back and Coleman Hell sort of uptempo, soulful, yet tropical affair on the driving indie electro tune. There’s no doubt that One Of These Days is an hooking earworm and a heartfelt blend of chill deep house and tropical pop. One OF These Days is out now on Ivory Oasis, and it’s a free download, here.

Last December, I shared with you a luxurious acoustic meets house jam named Something About You that was crafted by a new singer songwriter out of London named Dom Rosenfeld. He teamed up with fellow Londoner and producer ENZ on the weightless, gliding treat. For an uptempo but still very balmy and blissful approach on the song, German producer EigenARTig teamed up with Swiss producer Nicolas Haelg on a luscious remix. Soulful and blissed out, the remix reminds me of Robin Schulz’ version of Mr. Probz’ Waves, or Duke Dumont’s I Got U, both huge summer hits.

Heads up, there’s a fantastic new singer songwriter out of London named Dom Rosenfeld, and on his latest song, he teamed up with fellow Londoner and producer ENZ. Something About You is a sweet and feisty track that blends funky acoustic charm with plenty of house music buoyancy. Soulful vocals and irresistible melody work in conjunction with a killer bassline on the balmy track. There’s a tropical vibe to the song that brings to mind hot producers of the moment, like Kygo, Thomas Jack, Mr. Probz, and so forth. I also find the tune reminiscent of fast rising UK act Years & Years’ more upbeat and house inflected songs. Keep an eye on Dom, folks.
