Manchester alt rock veterans Elbow will be releasing a sixth studio album come March 11. It’s called The Take Off And Landing Of Everything, and Fly Boy Blue / Lunette is a stunning track off the coming release. It sounds like a mix of REM with a space rock band like Spiritualized. It’s very heavy on a fantastic plethora of orchestration. The melancholic song swells and ebbs fluidly, creating an amazing, heart stopping listen abounding with very tender moments.
