I’ve been dreaming for a new DREAMERS song for quite some time now, so I’m much delighted that the now LA-based “cosmic rock” trio are back with rambunctious Screws, which will be featured on the band’s upcoming EP, due early summer. DREAMERS also announced a 31-date U.S. headlining tour kicking off on September 13th in San Diego. Screws is an exultant alt rock anthem, with the band’s signature spacey flourishes and soaring choruses. Grab the song, here. Find out about DREAMERS’ fall tour, here.

Sweet Disaster is an utterly irresistible song. I hear it quite often on Live 105′s Soundcheck program on Sunday nights, and each time it comes on, I find myself joyously entrapped by its earthy stomping charm and infectious chorus all over again. Today, Brooklyn trio DREAMERS released a music video for the song off their playfully named debut album This Album Does Not Exist, so here we are, bopping and swaying to Sweet Disaster all over again with the biggest grins on our faces. The power poppy, raw punky delight, like a lot of DREAMERS’ other splendid tunes, evokes a fine blend of robust chugging WATERS, Bleachers, and Weezer. DREAMERS’ This Album Does Not Exist is available for purchase from iTunes.

There are some great new music videos out today for songs I avidly adore, so consider this one the first of many redux features to grace your ears. These are also fantastic chances for some of you to catch wind of these fantastic tunes if you happened to miss them up till now. First up is the magenta vivid video for DREAMERS’ Drugs, an epic pop punk and garage rock anthem from the Brooklyn based band. When I first shared this song last month, I marveled over the fact that songs like Drugs are all we need to for a giddy natural high. Drugs is a shaggy roller coaster extravaganza much like a blend of Weezer, WATERS, and Bleachers. Drugs comes off of DREAMERS’ You Are Here EP, out now. Who needs drugs when we have DREAMERS? The Brooklyn band are a lifetime’s worth of intoxication and charm on new song Drugs. The shaggy garage rock anthem’s pop punk luminescence and sludge filled gaiety combine for one of the most hooking, uplifting grunge fests of late. Drugs is like a Weezer, WATERS, and Bleachers rollercoaster extravaganza. “I don’t want to come down”, they bellow. There’s no coming down while listening to this raucous and rowdy gem.

It’s been a long wait, an eternity, but Brooklyn garage rock outfit DREAMERS are back! They return with a barrage of sludgy guitars and anthemic rock on spiteful Shooting Shadows, a song that easily takes us back to certain classics by the likes of The Kooks, Arctic Monkeys, and The Strokes. Shooting Shadows is a glorious second reveal from DREAMERS’ upcoming debut album. Details forthcoming.

Australian duo Hopium’s Dreamers, which features Phoebe Lou of the now defunct Snakadaktal, is a magnificent, sweeping, gorgeous electronic pop song that I love very dearly. But I have no complaints to file and only much praise for this remix of the tune, by another Australian duo named Two Can. The duo raise the electrifying level on the song, giving it subtle wobbles and enthralling pulses. The remix is a stunning new listen and fits right in with my futuristic and melodic chill trap tastes.

Brooklyn garage rockers DREAMERS debuted a new tune, Waste My Night, on Guitar World. It’s a dizzying alt tune with a deliciously vintage feel to it and guitars that quickly remind me of The Strokes. The trio is working on a debut EP for later this year. Revisit Wolves below, still my favorite I’ve heard from them so far.
