FUKC already feels like an in-your-face no-punches-pulled sort of name, and the new project certainly leaves it all on the floor and hits us hard with slinky prowling Time To Kill, a darkwave-inflected alt electro/electro-rock thriller that broods stupendously and flexes some major production muscle. It’s a predator of a track, with stalking beats and electrifying rumbles. New duo FUKC consists of Parisian producer DEVOTED and British vocalist Billionaire, who previously proved to be a match made in heaven on their song together, Santa Fe. They’ve chosen to continue that partnership as FUKC, and we can’t be more pleased with this news. The visceral, lascivious single comes on the heels of FUKC’s debut single last month, My Father’s Son, which you can stream below. You can find both tracks on Apple Music, here.

I’ve always had a soft spot for talented French producers, and the latest such Parisian artist to perk my ears and capture my devout attention is one that fittingly goes by the name DEVOTED. The producer is also a member of venerated electronic project Point Point. Today, he released a new original named Santa Fe, featuring England’s Billionaire, and I can’t resist this chill drawling, mellow stepping electronica and minimalist hip hop gem. There’s an earnest and heartfelt quality to the gently glitching, mellifluously aching ambler. You can grab the song from iTunes, here. Santa Fe left my curiosity more than piqued, so I dove into DEVOTED’s collection of tunes on Soundcloud, only to find myself gawking at the profoundly sprawling, regal clattering brilliance of his remix of cln’s Breathe, which you can stream below.

In case you haven’t heard, long time Sacramento dark electronic outfit Sister Crayon, the same duo who featured on The Glitch Mob’s last album, are now known as Rituals Of Mine. This transformation of sorts came about after some personal loss in the life of one of the members. As Rituals Of Mine, Terra and Dani have begun to unleash some incredible new music. They’ve also revealed a music video that pays homage to Oakland for their song Ride Or Die. Ride Or Die is a silver tongued, serpentine winding fusion of R&B, hip hop, and minimalist electronica. It’s a shiver inducing, transfixing listen that feels gritty and candid despite its pristine smooth velour. For another taste of the duo’s new material as Rituals Of Mine, stream glitch hop enthralling Devoted below, which also happens to be the title track from a debut LP that just dropped this morning on Warner. You can purchase the Devoted LP from iTunes
