A little late night treat for me and all of you! London talent Fyfe released a new version of his song Lies today. Lies Pt. II is a slow, forlorn, haunting jewel. Fyfe is currently working on his debut album, finally! I’ll be looking forward to it fervently. Fyfe’s Conversations is still one of my favorite songs of this year. Listen to the original version of Lies:

If you’re like me (or my friend who’s a huge Fyfe fan), you’ve been hungering for new music by the London artist. This week, he’s broken his months long silence with this atmospheric, moody, otherwordly remix of British indie pop duo Summer Camp’s Fresh. He completely reworked the track, even adding in more vocals. It’s so recognizably, sumptious and luscious Fyfe. Yesssss. Watch the video for the original warm edit of Summer Camp’s disco pop imbued Fresh below, and revisit Fyfe’s mind blowing Hot Chip-esque Conversations.

OFFICIAL VID: Fyfe – Conversations

I featured the audio for Conversations a couple weeks ago or so, but today, new London artist Fyfe has released a music video for the simmering, synthy, soulful jam. It’s a beautifu Mikky Ekko-ishl song and his vocals really remind me of Ra Ra Riot. He’s definitely a new artist to keep an eye on.

Oh boy. Y’all probably think I purposefully post an endless array of music out of the UK. I really don’t mean to do it. It just so happens there’s endless great music coming out of there these days. Well, boys and girls, here’s some more! Fyfe is a young musician out of London, previously known as David’s Lyre, real name Paul Dixon. His latest song is the synthy burner Conversations. It comes on the heels of several other stand out, grandiose tunes off his Solace EP in the past few months, which I’ll eagerly share with you below. Conversations is a brand new track not from that EP. I love his dramatic production on these tracks. I’m guessing he has a debut album in the works?
