Laurel continues to stand out from the crowded pack of female dark electropop artists with her latest, Come Together, which also features another British artist I’m quite fond of, Sivu. Come Together is a moody, creeping piece that befits Sivu’s fluid, baroque vocals. The two artists pair exquisitely well on the softly throbbing and organic alternative pop ballad with a near dream folks-ish atmosphere. Come Together will be on Laurel’s new EP, Holy Water, set for release on December 15th.

Bush did a 3 song set at Rolling Stone. Sure is nice to get back to alternative rock, no? Sure is. Sound of Winter is the first single off their upcoming album The Sea of Memories. I guess it’s been a long, long time, Gavin. Welcome back, Bush. And sweet cover of the Beatles Come Together!
