Sugary sweet, breathy seductive Nashville starlet Cappa lends her pristine pure voice to Chicago producer GOLDHOUSE’s latest single, Don’t Go, and I have no urge to go anywhere as long as this iridescent electronica meets future pop song is dancing through my ears. GOLDHOUSE lays down a sleek bed of effervescent production over which he drizzles his own airy smooth vocals, joining Cappa on a dreamy glimmering journey. Download/stream the celestial electropop track, here.

It was a delight to hear Cappa’s breathy seductive voice on QUIX and Bishu’s wicked trap banger Skin To Skin a few months ago, but there’s nothing like a fresh new original from the Nashville chanteuse, who’s kept quiet this past year otherwise. The indie pop starlet envelops us with luscious throbbing, dulcet pulsing synth and electro pop on Waste My Time. Dancing to this vibrant whirring, lavish bounding aria is the best use of time I can think of right now, and we’re endlessly content that Cappa has made such a fine return to the pop scene with her song. Waste My Time is available from iTunes, here.

I’ve been missing Cappa’s breathy seductive pop vocals, so I was elated when I stumbled upon a new electronic track featuring the Nashville starlet. Skin To Skin is a brain melting trap banger, too, crafted by Auckland producer QUIX and fellow rising production star Bishu. The jarring spectacular is out now on Dim Mak, and it’s sure to bring you a whole lot of dizzying bliss and adrenaline pumping euphoria with its Flume meets HudMo like drops, twitches, and jolts. Grab the song on iTunes, here.

West Coast Massive dropped their first original several weeks ago and thoroughly entranced with their shimmering melodic future bass Space featuring Carly Paige. They’ve since followed it up with a second mellifluous original named Paper Stars, which features none other than breathy captivating Nashville starlet CAPPA on guest vocals. Paper Stars, with its honeyed pop and glistening electronica, is the perfect starry eyed summer dance anthem to illuminate our Friday morning. You can also stream Paper Stars, which premiered on, via Spotify, here.

It’s very hard for me to choose a favorite song from rising Nashville star CAPPA’s Queen Of Hearts EP. I simply adore far too many of the tracks. Now that a video has surfaced for EP opener Next Ex, I’m left wondering if this could in fact be my favorite, at least for the moment. The breathy ravishing, cottony captivating synthpop song glows with honeyed 80′s allure, like Phoebe Ryan gone Say Lou Lou. Next Ex is now accompanied by a neon soaked music video filmed on an indie movie set based in a hibachi restaurant with a ceiling entirely covered by glowing Japanese paper lanterns. It’s a beautiful set, but I’d probably be entranced by CAPPA in any setting, to be honest. Stream CAPPA’s Queen Of Hearts EP in full on Soundcloud and purchase from iTunes.

If you’ve noticed this is the second track involving CAPPA we’ve shared today, you are much astute and obviously a fan of the Nashville indie pop starlet, as we are too. She lends her cottony seductive vocals to Toronto producer PUSHER’s original, Fences, a track from his just released debut EP, New Laces, out on Black Butter Records. Despite its colorful effervescence and warm glow, Fences climaxes with stormy resolve and sawing energy. We don’t often associate CAPPA with future bass or trap, but it all comes together perfectly under the dexterous command of PUSHER. Stream his New Laces EP in full on Soundcloud and purchase from various outlets, here.

Breathy magnetic Nashville indie pop artist CAPPA released her Queen of Hearts EP today, with which she truly commands our hearts. Its six incandescent synthpop songs include several tunes we’ve already listened to together, but it also boasts some brand new confections, like this gem, Nirvana, a succulent soaring, rosy rippling electronic pop aria. Nirvana’s translucent glow is a thin veil over its brooding despondence. We dream of fairy tales. We idealize the glitz and glam of a place like Los Angeles, but the truth is, even Los Angeles can be cruel and unforgiving. Perhaps, music is the closest we can get to feeling “nirvana”, and CAPPA takes us there. You can stream her Queen of Hearts EP in full on Soundcloud.
