I just can’t seem to help myself when it comes to all the new Bully we’ve been blessed with as of late. The Nashville rockers are preparing to release their sophomore album Losing come October 20th on venerated indie label Sub Pop Records, and everything we’ve heard of it has just been crunchy, scuzzy good. Kills To Be Resistant is today’s new taste from the full length. It’s an angst ridden, restlessly jagged, yet melodic driving grunge and punk jam that deals with the emotional conflict of unrequited love as well as the feeling of restraint & pushing your feelings aside out of respect for the situation. Losing can be pre-ordered now from Bully’s webstore, here.

Our excitement for new Bully album Losing continues to build as the Nashville rockers stir us up with a gritty chugging, grungy whorling new song named Running. They dish out more of their dusty biting angst and visceral restlessness on the grungy number.

Alicia Bognano explains the meaning behind the song, telling us, “Overall, Running is about shamelessly keeping yourself distracted or making up excuses to avoid processing certain emotions.” Bully is a mighty fine an well rewarding distraction. But instead of an avoidance of emotion, Running’s punky riffs and purgative bellowing helps us channel all that turbulent anxiety entrapped within. The band’s sophomore album arrives on October 20th on Sub Pop worldwide. Pre-order from Sub Pop, here.

I find bullies detestable, but I’m very fond of Nashville’s Bully, who last put out an album in 2015. The four piece alt rock band will be returning on October 20th with their sophomore album, Losing, after having signed to highly regarded indie label Sub Pop. This welcome news arrives with lead single Feel The Same, a scuzzy raw, acerbic biting rustler of a grungy, punky delight. Losing is available for pre-order now from Sub Pop Records at their webstore, here. LP pre-orderes will receive a limited Loser Edition on clear vinyl with black swirls, while supplies last.

For some gloriously scuzzy, noisy, and punky rock music, Bully’s here to satisfy you with uber fuzzy and spirited new single I Remember. The Nashville quartet are working on a debut album, and if I Remember is any indication, it’s going to be one exhilarating, head banging treat. Bully will be touring the US this spring with JEFF The Brotherhood, plus they’ll also be supporting Best Coast during the summer, too. Debut album Feels Like will be out June 23rd on StarTime International.
