This one’s sort of a redux, since I first shared Wolf Alice’s Bros like, nearly two years ago. I’m still so incredibly fond of the grungy rock number, I’m pulled right into it every time those first bars start punching in. The UK band, who evokes a deliciously 90′s and early 2000′s sound with their indie rock music, has been picking up a lot of attention these days, after being nominated for BBC Sound of 2015. They’re finally gearing up to release a debut album, My Love Is Cool, on June 23rd, and Bros is the second vibrant single off the record. Bros reminds me of The Cranberries, with some Silversun Pickups, a fine amalgamation indeed. If you have a chance to catch Wolf Alice live, do it. It’ll be a night of glorious guitar rock.

London indie rock band Wolf Alice have a new tune for us today too. Oh yea, by the way, the single artwork is NSFW, if you hadn’t noticed yet. Back in May, I stumbled upon this band and proceeded to obsessively listen to their tunes all day long. Their alt rock tunes have a wonderful grungy, shoegaze sheen that I can’t help but enjoy. There are definite Silversun Pickup like moments in the instrumentation. She is the lead single off Wolf Alice’s coming EP Blush, out on October 7 on Chess Club Records. Head over to SoundCloud to enjoy some of the previous featured tunes that I had on repeat. You won’t regret it. I’m gonna tack on their single Bros below just for easy play. But don’t miss their other tunes.

Some weeks ago, I first heard of London indie rock band Wolf Alice, and I immediately fell in love with several of the few tunes they have out. I ended up playing their songs on repeat and featuring them in a post straight away. Today, they’ve dropped a cute little video for their stand out single Bros, a hazy, slightly gritty, shoegazey alt rock song that sounds like a much more pop infused, playful SSPU track at times.

I really must reshare a few of their other tracks I shared earlier. Check them out. They’re good. Keep an eye on Wolf Alice!

Wolf Alice is an indie alt rock band from London that has been around since 2010, but have no full length album out yet. Their latest single Bros comes out on May 20 in the UK, and today, they previewed the audio for the B-side, Every Cloud, a beautiful, hazy, dreamy, shoegazy song that’s far different from Bros. Check out A-side Bros below, which is a far more energetic and fast paced rock song that starts out very Silversun Pickups like before exploding into a pop tinged, infectious melody.

For a few more good tunes from Wolf Alice, here’s White Leather and Fluffy.
