Heads up, everyone (ahem, me) who loved Pluto and ye.’s transcendental collaboration Breath when it arrived several months ago. A new vocal mix of the track has arrived, and it’s absolutely sensational! Just when I thought I couldn’t fall any harder for the chopping, slicing, percolating future trap opus, these young production whizzes present us with Feel The Fire, adding fierce vocals by a mysterious singer in the process. Pluto and ye. have added fuel to this What So Not meets Odesza inferno, and it burns bright and magnificent. Snag the tense consuming track for free, here.

16 year old producer Pluto released his very first EP earlier this year, and he’s obviously poised to take the electronic scene by storm as the gifted young artist spellbinds endless new fans with his latest track, Breath, a collaboration with his buddy ye., a talented newcomer himself. The chopping, slicing, and percolating instrumental track is absolutely intoxicating, so much so and such a bustling fashion, you just might forget to breathe. Breath is like a What So Not and Odesza fusion of grittiness and the ethereal. The sensationally scintillating track is a free download, here.

When I returned last month from my travels, there were a handful of debuts I knew I had to share from during my absence. Breath was one of them, from new UK duo Dahlia, now Dahlia Sleeps. They deliver even more of their haunting minimalism and whispery lightness on new downtempo electronic drifter Hessian. There’s a chill bite to the glistening melancholia and dreamy ambiance. Dahlia Sleeps ventures further into ambient electronic territory with their latest. If you made the dire mistake of missing out on debut single Breath last month, dive into its graceful folds below.

I’m still slowly catching up to some of the striking debuts that surfaced while I was on my trip to Europe, and UK duo Dahlia’s Breath has thoroughly haunted me with its beautifully minimalist atmosphere and softly aching vocals. The breathtaking downtempo pop and electronic track first premiered on FADER, to whom vocalist Lucy explained that the song is about being torn up about someone and knowing you should take a step back but not being able to.

Come next Monday, Croquet Club, aka Jeremy Villecourt, will be releasing an excellent three track EP on Anjunadeep. Every song on the French producer’s Jacuzzi EP is superb and filled with sumptuous chill vibes aplenty, but Breath is probably my top favorite of the moment. It’s such a wistful, airy, and dreamy cascade of warm sound. Twirling around to it feels like I’m floating on air. The other two rapturous deep house tunes are not to be missed, however. Stream Rush and a radio rip of Jacuzzi below. You can pre-order the EP here.
