Come April 11th, Brooklyn producer Chrome Sparks will be joining Machinedrum in San Francisco with a sure to be mind blowing show at the Great American Music Hall. I last caught Jeremy Malvin at SXSW dropping a ridiculous set that near melted my face off, and I expect the performance on April 11th to have a similarly astonishing effect. He’ll have some fresh ammunition to dazzle us with, including this new track What’s It Gonna Take, featuring Angelica Bess of Body Language on guest vocals, whom he last collaborated with on All Or Nothing. Angelica Bess’ deep soulful, rich entrancing voice makes for the perfect pairing yet again with Chrome Sparks’ fluorescent production on the retrowavey ambient electronic track. What’s It Gonna Take surges and swells,  spreading through every ounce of our body with a purely intoxicating, intensely stimulating effect. The exceptional single is out now on Counter Records. Stream/purchase, here. Learn more about Chrome Sparks’ upcoming spring tour, here.

It’s impossible not to sensually contort your torso to Body Language, a provocative R&B pop song with creamy, silky crooning from Eventide, a duo based out of both Los Angeles and NYC. It’s a luscious first introduction to the pair for us, even though Eventide has been a force in the scene for a few years. There’s no way we’ll be missing out on any of their music now that we’ve been wooed by their nimbly prancing beats and svelte pop. Body Language is available from iTunes, here. Stream more of Eventide’s music via Soundcloud, here.

It was but a couple days ago that I was just praising Body Language and calling them one of the most exciting American electronic outfits of the moment whilst sharing their latest single Addicted. And now, the Brooklyn four piece goes and gives us a ravishing remix of a song I deeply adore, Courtship.’s dreamy popping debut, Stop For Nothing. To listen to two acts I’m immensely excited over combine on one luscious electronic track is a sublime treat. Body Language gives Courtship.’s first single a deep pumping, future shimmering house remix that leaves me more than ready for a magnificent weekend full of live music and dance floor shredding. The track comes as new label 20XX’s first remix, and it’s available now from iTunes.

Addicted can’t be more true to its name, igniting a fiery obsession within me with its sassy grooving, synth bubbling R&B house. The song is the latest from Brooklyn four piece Body Language, who are quickly proving themselves one of the most exciting American electronic outfits of the moment. Addicted is funky soulful and deeply sensuous. It takes Disclosure and AlunaGeorge and drops them back in the 80′s. We gleefully hitch a ride. The sumptuous tune comes as the first single from Body Language’s forthcoming full length release, Mythos, out November 4th on Om Records.

Body Language has revealed one of the songs from their forthcoming AA-single, and Just Let It pure energetic, bubbly vibrant synthpop with hints of riotous clattering and silken R&B that bring together HOLYCHILD with some Janet Jackson. The sugary sweet nectar teases and rollicks with much saucy sass. Just Let It is the soundtrack for a restless summer full of fidgeting crushing and perplexing attraction. You can pre-order Just Let It along with The Fall from B3SCI, here, before it drops both digitally and on limited edition pink 7″ vinyl.

It was only yesterday that I gleefully shared with you a wonderfully smoky and alluring song named Conquest, from New York newcomer Julietta. Today, I was introduced to a killer remix of Conquest, and here we are again, listening to a future bass and chill trap rendition of the song, courtesy of Brooklyn act Body Language. The remix builds on the original’s seductive atmosphere and emphatically draws out the playful sass of the original. Body Language’s captivating remix is on Julietta’s debut Conquest EP, available on iTunes.

British duo Aquilo is another act that always has my heart in their commanding hands with their melting, ambient music. Aquilo’s simmering, sensual Better Off Without You goes deliciously, urgently upbeat and bouncy on a remix by Brooklyn’s Body Language, who give it a heady, sexy electro R&B slash future soul makeover full of crisp, playful synths. The original is from Aquilo’s Calling Me EP, out now on B3SCI Records.

I certainly feel more awake and might I say, reset, by Brooklyn synthpop act Body Language’s new track Reset. It’s an opulently rich and sensual electro R&B song that’s both refreshing and steamy. Rest is the B-side for their buoyant new single Really Love, and both might have been the perfect tracks to have on your Valentine’s Day playlist last weekend. Who says you can only celebrate the allure of love and romance on one day only? Sink into the plush folds of Reset and drift away to its honeyed, woozy beauty.
