Rising London based singer songwriter and producer Bo Rocha lifts us right off our feet with pillowy plush alt soul and misty gliding pop on stunning new gem Real Kids. Real Kids is the kind of ethereal drifting beauty that requires some euphoric swaying with your eyes closed. Bo Rocha’s breathy vocals gently kiss our souls as the gauzy breezy song’s production caresses our hearts. Real Kids comes from Bo Rocha’s just released Hold My Gaze EP, out now on iTunes.

Bo Rocha announced a new EP today, and from four track Hold My Gaze comes Enough For You. The London based singer songwriter and producer captivates to the fullest on her genre bending mixture of funk, electropop, R&B, and soul. Enough For You is shadowy and seductive, yet fierce and edgy. If FKA Twigs and Marian Hill had a wild child, it would probably be something like this provocative and haunting display of smoldering mystique. New EP Hold My Gaze is slated to drop on September 9th via Bait and Switch Records.

London based chanteuse Bo Rocha brings us fiery pop ferocity on smoldering new song Hold My Gaze. Bo Rocha first captured my attention a year ago with entrancing debut Tangerine Flake, which she later followed up with stellar EP, Even Green. Hold My Gaze is her first new song this year, a feisty and deep, soulful and elegant ode to the pangs of regret much like an entwining of Lapsley with Seinabo Sey. Bo Rocha’s vocal calisthenics and husky depth on Hold My Gaze have me falling for her anew. She also produced the song herself, alongside fellow British resident LOXE. The pop single gets its release on May 27th via Bait and Switch Records.

Bo Rocha continues to weave an enchanting, entrancing spell with her second song, Angel Eyes. The siren reels me in with her beautiful voice, framed by an environment chock full of amazingly nuanced and booming electronic elements. Hints of Lapsley mystique, buttery slices of Lana Del Rey evoking opulent vocals, and plenty of dark atmosphere make Angel Eyes a straight shot for my haunting electronic pop loving heart. The producer and chanteuse from London is certainly handing off a bold statement with the sensational song. Keep an eye on Bo Rocha as the rest of the year progresses.

There’s another head turning artist fresh out of London here to thrill our ears with an exquisite debut. Bo Rocha is a producer and vocalist named Kate Sproule. Debut song Tangerine Flake is an entrancing electronic pop song with exhilarating texture and crisp, spacious beats. There’s a haunting darkness to the production of the kind we might find on BANKS’ or SOHN’s music, or even on some of James Blake’s post dubstep production, but Bo Rocha’s sound is more boldly charged and eruptively rampant. Bo Rocha certainly has my full attention after this riveting first track.
