“Dreams come alive,” coos pervasive guest vocalist Nevve as she serenades us from the midst of Taska Black’s cosmic new song. Dreaming really does seem to come alive right before our eyes, er, ears, as its chromatic synths enchant with vibrant arpeggios and its marching beat delivers an epic, cinematic experience. The Belgian producer’s incandescent charging future trap oeuvre is the third single off of Bitbird’s much anticipated Gouldian Finch 02 compilation. Stream/download, here.

Those gifted Dutch producers are at it again, doling out shiver inducing beauty on a brilliant new original named Broken. DROELOE and San Holo team up on the dreamy future bass and chillstep aria, which features crystalline enchanting vocals by CUT_. I can’t help but picture wind chimes swaying in a soft entrancing, cool billowing breeze. If anything’s broken here, it’s me, into a million pieces by this heartrending gem. The effervescent electronic track is out on bitbird. You can also stream Broken on Spotify, here.

California’s The Nicholas teams up with oft IHM praised Dutch producer San Holo on a brilliant song named Pocket. Pocket is hard to classify. It’s an electronic song with dream folksy elements which meld seamlessly into its ambient yet grand sweeping atmosphere. If EDEN, Bon Iver, and Porter Robinson were to collaborate, it might sound something like this gorgeous beauty. Pocket comes from bitbird’s excellent Gouldian Finch compilation, out July 15th. Stream available tracks on Soundcloud and purchase from iTunes.

Creative label bitbird has put together a new Gouldian Finch compilation, and the second track revealed from the release is a new Taska Black banger named Leave Me. The Belgian producer hooked me right in with his brand of raw intensive future trap which beckons for my Hudson Mohawke, Flume, and Rustie loving heart. Leave Me bounces between regal cinematic moments and coarse pummeling, tense fiery climaxes. If this isn’t a trap masterpiece, I don’t know what is. The full bitbird compilation will be out on July 15th. Leave Me is out now on iTunes as a single.
