Brooklyn’s AYER lifts us up with a drafty sleek new single Seventeen (Last Of The Summer). This smooth euphoric ride is a cool dose of summer nostalgia, a dreamy luscious synthpop song that was even featured on television drama series The Fosters in its season 4 premiere. Honestly, seventeen was so long ago I can barely remember it. But I suddenly feel just a bit more youthful and a tad less jaded again thanks to AYER’s misty sparkling new treat. Seventeen (Last Of The Summer) can be streamed on Spotify, too. Re-visit some of AYER’s ace tunes on Soundcloud.

New York City production and DJ project Truth x Lies certainly chose a rather profound pseudonym for themselves. Come to think of it, life itself seems to orbit around truth and lies, honesty and deception, and all of it is inseparably tied to the heart. I suppose it’s fitting that Truth x Lies’ comes at us with such a weighty stirring remix of Brooklyn crooner AYER’s recent single My Hands. This deep thumping, lush rolling house remix though quite the club floor banger is also soulfully stirring and full of emotive feels. Grab a free extended mix of Truth x Lies’ remix, here.

It’s rather fortunate that we live in a world where everyone is so easily connected by digital interfaces and technology. While bands, musicians, and artists used to work in relative isolation, we now get to watch our favorite ones work together as a team, or give their own interpretations on each others’ art. Despite this fact, I’m still often pleasantly surprised by who exactly comes together on one particular song. I never would have guessed that Swedish electronic project Cazzette would take on an AYER song for a remix. They give the Brooklyn’s artist’s sleek cooing, lustrous lifting electro pop song My Hands a steely edged, vivacious springing future house remix sure to incite some urgent dancing. Cazzette highlights the original’s sizzling horns alongside their trouncing beats, making this a bonafide Friday banger sure to amp us up for the rest of the weekend. Download the electrifying remix, here.

Prepare to boogie to some luscious beats as Los Angeles’ Christofi drops the heat with Temptation, a deep classy piano house and summery nu-disco banger that features satin chic crooning by Brooklyn’s AYER. There’s no fighting this temptation as the producer smoothly hooks us in and urges every cell and electron in our bodies to move and fire euphorically in sync to his sizzling hot jam. The lush springing, soulful stirring song is a free download, here.

“Sick” can’t begin to describe the wickedness level of TKDJS’ latest remix. The Brooklyn based production act remixed fellow Brooklyn crooner AYER’s In My Headphones. This is another one of those unions that have crossed paths in the past. After all, AYER was a guest on TKDJS’ Don’t Leave earlier this year. It’s a proven combo. TKDJS takes AYER’s song and transforms it into a sharp and bouncy banger. The production act describe it as a “house and bass bomb” which is probably the most accurate description that can be given. They compare it to Tchami and Shaun Frank. Indeed, TKDJS’ remix literally explodes with steely future house edges and slamming bass. My own headphones nearly can’t handle this burst of exhilarating sound. AYER’s satiny vocals are haunting and crisp on the jam, creating a far darker tone. The remix is available for free on Soundcloud, while the original is the title track off AYER’s new EP.

AYER’s sexy crooning was just featured on TKDJS’ new jam, Don’t Leave, earlier this week, and now the Brooklyn artist has dropped a killer pop tune of his own. Countdown is a synth R&B track, with The Weeknd like flawless falsettos and pulsing, driving beats. It alternates between dark moody verses and a catchy, euphoric chorus. The heated song is the 2nd single revealed from AYER’s debut EP, In My Headphones, out April 28th.

Kicking it up a notch with a dope new tune from Brooklyn’s TKDJS. The electronic trio enlists fellow New Yorker and sexy crooner AYER on pumping single Don’t Leave. Hints of future house and G-house slither their way through the infectious club banger. It’s a song that has me wishing I could dance like Kiesza and tear up the dance floor like a boss. Don’t Leave is free for grabs on Soundcloud this week and this week only.
