British singer songwriter Amy Milner may have the most beautiful voice I’ve encountered all year. It’s husky and deep, like Florence Welch but more supple smooth. Though Amy has been steadily proving herself a talent in Britain, it’s only now that I’ve finally caught wind of the musician, thanks to new single Easier. This grandly building, regal clattering indie ballad is a spectacularly soaring experience. It’s powerful and raw but breathtakingly beautiful, seamlessly blending baroque pop with indietronica.
