We’ve all been there. “I hate going out, I hate coming home, I hate how you’re never picking up your phone, yeah,” sings Olivia O’Brien on her latest single, No Love, and we can’t help but be reminded of the times we’ve felt the same way. The singer songwriter waxes bitter and melancholic on her pop ballad, serving as the voice of our own hearts. No Love, produced by Jahaan Sweet (Kehlani, Amine) is a beautifully forlorn taste from Olivia O’Brien’s highly anticipated debut EP, It’s Not That Deep, due out soon November 17th. On a cold autumn night, we’re we have this moody brooding gem to keep our lonesome hearts company. Re-visit Olivia O’Brien’s prior hit singles on Soundcloud, here.
