It was an absolute honor last month to have premiered the music video for Sure Sure’s last perky jangling indie treat, Koreatown. The quartet is quickly growing to be one of the most buzz worthy bands out of LA as they churn out a growing diet of viral chart climbing guitar pop confections. New song Hands Up Head Down is more of their imaginative brand of whimsically strolling indie rock and psych pop. It’s jazzy inebriating with a funky slink, and it’s loads of tipsy, witty fun. It even feels like Sure Sure is channeling some Gorillaz on their latest, alongside some Foster The People and Portugal. the Man. Re-visit the band’s prior releases on Soundcloud, here.
