Turn It Off is heartfelt and emotive, cozy and warm. The synthpop song comes from Melbourne project Kids At Midnight, the creation of singer songwriter and producer Jane Elizabeth Hanley. The 80′s vibes are potent and strong on this rosy fog of a tune. Despite its lusciousness, there’s a brittle vulnerability exuding from the song’s crystalline vocals and spacious arrangement. Turn It Off feels like Say Lou Lou or MUNA stripped down to their cores. There’s no turning off Turn It Off as it bursts at the seams with aching longing and yearning. It’s just far too gorgeously heart rending. The single is available for purchase now from iTunes.
