We’ve long learned there’s no mistaking the brilliance and talent of Marian Hill. The Philadelphia duo’s visionary fusion of jazz, future pop, and R&B is simply astounding and always spellbinding. Mistaken is their latest song, a saxophone frisky, glitchy playful frolic. Marian Hill may have just invented “Philadelphia Bounce” with this tune, if the term doesn’t already exist. Mistaken skips and hops, a lithe seductive vixen. It may very well be my favorite Marian Hill song to date, wildly infectious, thoroughly contagious. The single comes from Marian Hill’s long awaited debut album, ACT ONE, due out June 24th. Head to iTunes to pre-order or purchase singles from the album so far.
