I seem to be on an ambitious roll with the moody alt rock this afternoon. Next up is a Swedish five piece band named Grande Roses, whose song Spread The Ashes (and Love) is an infectious, raw rock anthem. It evokes a blend of Glasvegas, Airbourne Toxic Event, Editors, and Interpol, with a dash of growling Against Me! and some Joy Division, too. The fiery number is off an upcoming full length, Built On Schemes, due for release on February 2, 2015 via Gaphals. Watch the recent video for Spread The Ashes (and Love) below.
