This is one of the more wonky and heady remixes I’ll be sharing with you today, and I love it, very much. Brooklyn indie five piece Rubblebucket’s Sound Of Erasing is my second favorite song off their recent album Survival Sounds. The brilliant Chrome Sparks has taken the artsy indie pop tune and created an other worldly, intoxicating experience out of it. If you’re not familiar with Sound Of Erasing, the off kilter sound in the beginning might throw you off in the beginning, but let the music wash over you, and you’ll find yourself drifting in some deep, profound, hidden recesses of your mind as the song progresses. It’s spacious and oddly foreign, yet so satisfying.
